When I walked in, I was amazed at the theme of it being a fire station. Memorabilia everywhere. We were met by a person explaining the establishment and we made our orders. It was BOGO. Our.meals where ready within a few minutes. I took one bite and was sold! I had a BBQ brisket sandwhich. I couldn’t get enough! The staff were so kind and attentive. This is a family oriented place to eat. Don’t miss the opportunity for an amazing meal and friendly staff to meet your needs!

I normally don’t review chain restaurants or takeout places, but I had a particularly nice experience at this Firehouse Subs, not only are the sandwiches consistently great (more so from this location), but their service is exceptional.
Today I wanted to get a sandwich before work and did not look at their opening hours, the result was me showing up ~1hr and 20 minutes before they technically opened, coming from the food industry some of the places I’ve worked at would generally have asked the customer to leave, instead they told me it might be a second longer but they just fired up their equipment and would be happy to serve me. Fire experience getting treated like a customer and not a ticket number at a fast food or takeout place!
Props to all the amazing people working at this location, time and time again I have particularly good experiences here.

Stopped here after taking the kids to the park for the morning. The food came out quickly and it was fairly good. Their bread isn’t my favorite, but the ‘Hot Ones’ garlic sauce on the hook and ladder sandwich was great. The kids enjoyed their ham sandwich and grilled cheese. They were thrilled to get kids fireman hats with their meals. All in all, a solid place to grab a sandwich, but it is a little pricey compared to other sandwich shops in Cedar.

I order from here often for work lunches. I normally have everyone order their own sandwich, but today I tried the catering sandwich box. The presentation in catering box was great – SUPER happy to have each small sandwich individually wrapped. The kind woman I checked in with helped me out to my car with the food, which I was very happy with!

The people that work here are genuinely so rude and the service here is by far some of the worst service I’ve dealt with at a place like this in cedar. It sucks this is the only location because I can’t bring myself to deal with the staff there for a sandwich

After church on Sunday, this is a great place to head with the kids! The bread is excellent, and that’s essential for a good sub. A good selection of cheeses and meats (including pastrami, my spouse’s favorite, and smoked turkey, mine) and a short list of add-ons like black olives and peppers let you build your own sub. They also have a veggie sub, not on the posted menu. Their specialty subs look good, but we always opt for the custom sub.
Added 20 March 2022: The Firehouse Subs in our town has this amazing soda machine with a vast display of options in layers. For example, (my favorite) Diet Barq’s Creme Soda has four optional choices once you select it: original vanilla, peach , orange , and strawberry . My spouse loves that they have *caffeine-free* Diet Coke in all the flavors offered with regular Coke. Sometimes we just come for a beverage!

Great sandwich shop. I like to get in here and show my support whenever I’m passing through. They have many different sub sandwiches as well as chips and drink options. There’s one of those modern drink machines where you can pretty much choose any kind of drink to get out of it which is cool. There’s also a lot of cool firehouse memorabilia on the walls inside. There’s a good size parking lot in the back and bathrooms located near the rear as well. I will return next time I’m in the area. Thanks guys!

Clean, tasty and convenient. I love firehouse subs. The staff is friendly and works as a team. They have a good variety for a sandwich shop. I’ve done a pickup order before and had zero problems. Today we decided to dine in and I was impressed to see how thoroughly clean they are. An employee was on a ladder dusting the light fixtures. It’s a pet peeve of mine when I’m at a restaurant and the lights or window sills have obviously not been cleaned in a while, so I really appreciate that they have such high standards of cleanliness here. Great job guys!

Firehouse is far and away my favorite national chain. They have the best tasting food and a solid rewards program. I’ve gotten spotty service at some of their locations but the service was solid here. I enjoyed my food and I always appreciate places that have the drink machines with massive selections. The prices are on-par with other spots and I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad meal at any of their locations. I guess that the nicest thing I can say for a national chain locaion that I like is that they reinforced my appreciation of the entire brand and I’ll continue io brin them my business
