Sadly this is no longer a good del Taco. From what I understand, this is not a franchise store. This is a corporate run store. They only staff two people at a time. They’re doing the job of four people. The orders are wrong. They take forever. I have been coming to the still taco for about 25 years now. It’s the last place on my list even though it’s closest to home. I’m not sure if del Taco wants to stay in business. I’m really taken back by this. The staff here was nice. Super hard-working. I believe they’re being taken advantage of. I saw them running back and forth filling orders as fast as they could but they don’t have enough staff and it’s all new people too. I can imagine running a place like this for a few days because of some staffing issue or an emergency but this has been going on for months. Avoid this del Taco

I drive out of my way to visit this Del Taco location. You’re not going to find a better Del Taco unless you stop in Barstow on your way to Vegas. And even the Barstow Del Taco it’s only better cuz they offer Spicy Jack Quesadillas.
What really says this location apart is the people who work here. It starts at the top with Diane but everyone else is very friendly and provides great customer service.
The drive-thru is fast and inside is clean. And not to mention the food is always great! I eat at Del Taco locations about 10 times a week, and when possible this is my favorite stop.

This is my favorite Del Taco to go to, I go through every Thursday morning on my way to work since I pass by . The Food is always super fresh, so fresh, they have to warn me how hot the french fries are. Bonus! And Andi and Christina are always helpful. I appreciate you guys and since prices have gone up in the world it’s nice to know that if I’m gonna pay a little bit more. I’m gonna get the best service and great food

I’m giving this location a star only. I ordered meal #7 and my order was inside a transparent plastic bag. Without no sause for my tacos, no ketchup for my fries and no napkins to clean my messy face with. They didn’t even bother to offer if I’d like to get one. What happened with good customer service? What’s up with this del taco? Do u still care to bother to give excellent customer service?

I occasionally make the mistake of going to the other Del Taco down the street because it’s closer to home. Never again. This location on Van Burean and Washington is always a 5/5. The food is good, the employees are great, and the drive thru is fast or at least fairly quick at night.

This location is rather clean. I enjoy going here becuase they are staffed well and I have yet to have any issues regarding specifics on my complicated orders. They do good in paying attention to details. If only they were open later.
