Went for lunch break, got 2 for $5 sandwiches both had hair in them. No apologies or cares from the lady at the front register. Also pretty much called a liar , as if I have time on my lunch break to drive all the way back to try to get a free sandwich smh.

I have closer BK restaurants to choose from but this is by far the best BK. Everything is clean, atmosphere is healthy, and customer service is always on point. Never had a complaint about my order.

The McDonald’s across the street had a huge line, so I went to this burger king drive thru instead….
The fry container was barely half full. The fries had literally zero season on it. My double burger only had 1 patty. I asked for a straw for my drink and was told it was in the bag. It in fact was not the bag. When I told the lady that there is no straw in the bag she rolled her eyes at me and insisted its there. Checked again, still no straw. She acted exasperated and grabbed me a straw.
Moral of the story? Just wait in line at McDonald’s next time.

Staff seemed to be pleasant but lacked basic customer service etiquette. Ordered 2- 5 for $7 combos. When I got home and had begun eating I noticed a hair in my sandwich, called the store and was told to bring the item back they’d take care of it. Drove back to the store did not receive an apology no type of compensation. I was given back the sandwich and that’s all. Staff lacks basic empathy.

My wife visited Burger King 3303 West 86th St. Indianapolis, Indiana. She ordered $30.90 worth of food one order of the chicken fries was great and the second order was so hard and dried out so she tried calling several times but no answer I understand why this store has a low rating of 3.5 . You shouldn’t sale old dried out food if you wouldn’t eat yourself. I’ll have her call corporate very unacceptable.

although i don’t go often i have been a customer here for years. today i had breakfast and i was not pleased. something told me on my way to get the hashbrowns that they would not be made well. and i was right. they were overcooked. every time i come it’s me giving the food a chance once again. by time i got home i did not feel like going back to get them remade. my feedback to the staff cooking, take your time to cook and prepare the food.

Ordered on door dash for the first time in months. Last time they only gave me the bread part of my breakfast sandwiches. Got a refund. Ordered ahain today and got egg and bread but no ham or cheese. Get it together.
