This was the worst place i’ve ever been to. I ordered like 40 dollars worth of food and they screwed me. They didnt give me my 2 famous bowls and i ordered some potato wedges with queso they gave me no queso and the wedges were so hard they were uneatable, to top it all off the chicken was old as a boot and hard as well on our chicken sandwiches. We couldnt even eat it because it was discusting and like cardboard. The girl had the nerve to ask me if my famous bowls were in the bag when i returned. They also avoided answering the drive thru when i returned. Worst food ive ever had and customer service is crazy. Never go there i feel angry after being treated like that

Ordered a 4 piece extra crispy I got original. My potato wedges were burnt and the Mac n cheese bowl was watery. They didn’t have hot sauce or jelly. How do you not have hot sauce for the chicken? That’s a must!! We eat here often but it’s gone worse as time goes on. Hopefully it gets better. Try Churches chicken a few blocks spots down.

Order was not fully completed tried calling and no answer it was 6: 45 we picked up our and called right away to far to drive back. Added extras on but didn’t get those or one bucket side so a total of 3 items short. Do better KFC. ANSWER YOUR PHONE

I went in person to the 4th street location to place a large order for the next day. The girl taking my order was so friendly and polite and said she would not be working the next day but she would leave a message for Gustavo. I said I would need to pick it up at 10:15 AM even though the store did not open until 10;30 AM. I was ordering the chicken for my church. When I went to pick it up at 10:15 AM, Gustavo met me at the door and he got it ready and even carried it to my car. I told him how much I appreciated him and his staff and he said he appreciated my business.

This has to be the worst location in town the chicken was mush and I didn’t receive my whole order so when I went back in the manager tries to tell me that’s how they cook the chicken. I said oh really and grabbed it and showed him it the skin and chicken was undercooked he still argued it. DO NOT GO HERE and if you do check your food twice before leaving

Rude old man on the register doesnt even greet you or say you’re welcome when told thank you or even look at you, acts like you’re below him. not to mention this location has given me a wrong/order with missing items multiple times.

I live near the San Mateo NE KFC, but I don’t use this location, they never get your order correct & the food is a mess! It’s a 4 minute difference in driving time for me to use 4th st location, So I use 4th St KFC drive thru & pickup my order! Do not use the San Mateo KFC order is always missing something or you get old cold food!!

For a quick bite this is a great place to eat. The inside looked new and was clean. Service was good and quick. Food was delicious and exactly what you would expect from KFC. They also have a drive through if you don’t have time to sit and dine in.
