Was told by some friends that La Merced had truly authentic Mexican food. They were right…really great flavor and portions were pretty big. Staff were friendly. The menus are all in Spanish but used Google Lens to translate. Will definitely be going back.

If you’ve ever been to Mexico city, this place will take you back. The food is 100% mexico city. Best tacos, enchiladas and tortas. Also all the fruit juices are awesome. My personal favorites are the green enchiladas (warning, they are too hot for most) plus the tacos al pastor. Remember Mexico city food is very spicy, but delicious!

I enjoyed the food here. The only thing was on the 3 items I ordered. All 3, the tortilla was close to burnt. The meat and the rest was very delicious. Service is great.
