$13 for a bowl that has crunchy rice isn’t what I wanted. I used to frequent this location and stopped going a few years ago due to rice being undercooked most times. There was no line at noon on a Saturday, so at least there was no wait.

Actually I wasn’t impressed.
Less than professional employees.
They even up charged me for the white chicken vs the other option without telling me there was an extra charge for it. Didn’t find that out until the cashier rang me up!
The bathroom toilet was sloppy and dirty looking.

When I pay as much as you guys charge for a burrito with extra chicken this isn’t the size it should be, first time I’ve been to Moe’s in almost a year since I moved and it will definitely be the last. Even when chipotle skimps out there’s more on theirs.

Staff was very nice . The worker stood on her phone by the grill the most of the time . She could have cleaned while she was in her phone . It did need it . Has potential. The food was ok .
