I ordered through door dash so I can’t provide feedback on service and atmosphere. It would be nice if they would actually put an appropriate amount of sauce on the items. I’m sick and tired of having to add more ketchup and any other sauces because they only put a drop. To top it off the damn buns were semi hard as well. It’s not a hard job and it’s not hard to actually care. Make the food as if you were making it for yourself or your family. Quit being lazy!

Came in today at around 10am. They gave me a whopper that was hard and the manager on duty never came out to apologize. I received my whopper the second time only to be disappointed with no onions or ketchup. Idk why it’s so hard to just simply replacing a bun. Please understand your customers concerns and feedback. I’m truly dissatisfied and disappointed. I do not make that much money so this a treat for me.

I am a 52 year old disabled guy that has been a BK fan since high school. We moved to Gilbert nine months ago so I’ve been hitting this store at Chandler Blvd and Cooper Rd ever since.
Every time that I’ve come here, which is a 2-3 times a month average, the food has been good but not stellar. Thankfully, the service has been STELLAR every time and my last stop is the reason for this review.
I went in Tuesday, 12/10/24 at 9:52 PM, literally 8 minutes before they close (see photo of my receipt).
I ordered the Whopper Jr deal with a TON of add-on’s and changes to them, along with other food, drink and frozen items as a to-go order.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Morgan Pena at the counter and despite the time that I came in at and all of my pain in the butt needs, she got everything right on them and with a genuine smile and kindness to me! She is a truly above average employee that cares, which is a rarity these days so I asked for her name so I could make this review.
The food was good overall with fresh veggies but the buns were a bit stale, thus the 4 star rating. They were not horribly so but they should not have been served. The nuggets were HOT and fresh, my Hershey pie was properly frozen and was bagged separately to keep them so and the hot items HOT. Again, kudos to Morgan for that!
The place was clean and the beverage area was too, which I don’t usually see at other places nowadays.

Wish I could give no stars, the manager is rude and said she can only take codes. False advertisement for the double bundle that is ON YOUR WEBSITE that you don’t honor! Chandler blvd and cooper sucks for service and never has ice cream! We live in ARIZONA where it’s hot, hello!

My son ordered some food, took them 30 minutes. And the cheese sticks were old and hard. 2 out of 6 were enable. Are we seriously going to give old food to the public. And on top of that they were slow. And the tables were gross.
