The cons are more outstanding…charging a service charge of 20% is something that should be told to you as you are being seated so it doesn’t come as a surprise and you are still being asked to tip, which I did and generously so, because my waitress Sasha was dope and deserved every bit of it. But I would have liked to know about the weird service charge upfront. The other but major con is being told to depart after 2 hours. Food was still hot, and barely digested, conversation hadn’t even been started and you’re told to leave. There are quite simply other restaurants in the area that are nicer, and priced equally to Marleys or lower that lets you enjoy your meal. I enjoyed the vibes of the place and what I ordered but I’m one and done. Thanks Marleys for the somewhat nice time.
We started with the Crab & Lobster Egg Rolls and the Steak & Cheese Egg Rolls, and both were massive. These weren’t typical appetizer-sized egg rolls. They were heavily stuffed, crispy, and easily shareable. The crab and lobster rolls were rich and indulgent, while the steak and cheese rolls were hearty and filling with plenty of ribeye and peppers.
For entrées, the Chicken & Waffles were perfectly done, with crispy fried chicken and a waffle that paired well with the cinnamon honey butter. The Over Grits in Cajun Crawfish Sauce was a standout! Creamy cheese grits topped with a flavorful crawfish sauce and well-seasoned proteins. The Grilled Ribeye & Eggs was another highlight, cooked well and served with eggs and breakfast potatoes that completed the dish nicely.
A big part of what made the experience so enjoyable was our server, Dennis. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything came out right while keeping the table taken care of the entire time.
Portions were generous across the board, presentation was great, and everything tasted fresh and well prepared. Highly recommend for brunch!
If you’re looking for a place with great food and a top-tier bar experience, this is it. We’ll definitely be back — and asking for Vanessa again!
We went on a Sunday and didn’t realize it was all-day brunch with a DJ, so if you’re expecting a quiet dinner, it may catch you off guard lol. That said, the music and energy made for a fun, lively atmosphere. Drinks are good too!
This location tends to rotate establishments, but Marley’s feels like a strong fit for the area. I’d definitely return—just knowing what kind of Sunday vibe to expect next time.
Wish this area had its own parking lot!
The good was yummy and flavorful. Everyone enjoyed their meals and the appetizers. Drinks were so good too. I highly recommend Marleys. I also saw they have a private dinning option to. Check them out! We made a reservation but others didn’t seem to wait long for a table.
Our server Will went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was attentive without being overbearing, checked on us at all the right times, and made sure our drinks were always full. You can tell he genuinely cares about giving guests a great experience.
It’s rare to find someone who balances professionalism with such a warm and friendly personality. If you’re stopping by, definitely ask to sit in his section!! You won’t be disappointed!
The space was extremely tight and felt well beyond comfortable capacity. While the music selection was great, the volume made conversation nearly impossible. The venue gives the impression of being upscale and Instagram-worthy, but the overall execution missed the mark in terms of ambiance and decorum.
I ordered the steak salad, which was described as mixed greens and arugula with balsamic vinaigrette, blue cheese, caramelized onions, and tenderloin steak. Unfortunately, what arrived was wilted romaine with none of the listed toppings. After waiting quite a while, I opted to order fries instead and focused on enjoying time with my girlfriends.
Our waitress was kind, but disorganized, unfamiliar with the menu, and even spilled a drink on me during service. The Pretty Peachy cocktail was decent and probably the highlight of the night.
Overall, three stars at best. I might return with significantly tempered expectations, but this spot is not at the top of my list for a repeat visit.
-Mocktail = best I probably ever had
-Crab-cake = best I’ve had that’s not a seafood restaurant and it even beats some of them
-Fries (yes, I’m a fries girl so I had to comment) = they are slightly battered and cooked perfectly…not crispy
-steak and cheese = hit the spot
-cornbread = well let’s just say it comes in a skillet (enough said )
The music was also excellent (not raunchy, makes you wanna dance AND sing lol). Really a nice, clean place that I would visit again.
