Our little coffee trailer was an idea my husband David and I thought of. My name is Melissa and I love COFFEE!!!! I have been a coffee drinker my whole life and during quarantine, I decided to start teaching myself how to make the best cup of espresso. I have found what I feel is the best and continue to make reciepes that I want to share with others. I make every cup to see the smiles of my customers face and can’t wait to serve you at the little rustic coffee trailer in Paris, Texas.
