I was there at 6:40 pm prime dinner time and we have our favorite sandwich. I was ordering to go, but there were about 5-6 orders on the table in front of mine. It appeared they were online orders. I was ignored for nearly 10 minutes while waiting for those orders to be filled yet only one person had arrived to get their order. Finally they’d cleared the work station to take my order and it went smoothly. I just felt put out that they were rushing to create orders for people who weren’t present. They must have had 4 people attending yet only one was creating sandwiches. The line of people waiting to have sandwiches made kept growing behind me. We will come back, but perhaps not at this time of day!

Was standing at the pick up counter to get my food (with a baby on my hip) and I was patiently waiting because someone was in front of me picking up his order. Then in comes a white woman (I’d been standing there for about 3 mins atp) and the worker that was helping the man in front of me stops and asks her if she needed help. Mind you, I was there.. waiting.. with a baby on my hip. I said “excuse me, I was here first” then another worker (female) says “oh I’m sorry, he probably didn’t see you” HE SAW ME! Im black, with a baby on my hip, HE SAW ME. plus I was standing right beside the white male he was helping. HE SAW ME!

Quite expensive for what you get. $10 for regular submarine sandwich. Incredibly slow to get your meal. Atmosphere is decent. All in all, I don’t plan on coming back. You can get more for your money elsewhere. You’ll pay a lot of money for bread, vegetables, a few pieces of meat, and cheese.

When I called to get a refund, they basically said they were unable to do so because it goes to a 3rd party, so tough luck. Wednesday 2/5/2020 – Today I stopped by my favorite hoagie place for a sandwich/hoagie. So I went to Jersey Mike’s in Leland NC, I love this place and the food and the staff! Anyway, so I ordered a Meatballs hoagie. Now, I have never had a meatballs sandwich, even though I love meatballs, is one of those things I just didn’t think I would like. I was wrong!
I had the meatballs hoagie at Jersey Mike’s in Leland, NC…it was A-Mazingly delicious. The bread, as in previous occasions was soft and fresh tasting. The meatballs were full of flavor and just the perfect size for a hoagie. The cheese was just the right amount and the marinara sauce was just out of this world. The sauce was not overly acidy nor overly sweet, it had just the right amount of seasoning that meshed well with the meatballs and the cheese. This sandwich was by far one of the best sandwiches I’ve had, I highly recommend it. I have posted a picture for you.
Yesterday Saturday 1/19 I was in the mood for a hoagie, so I went to my go to place for a hoagie, Jersey Mike’s in Leland. I had # 9 The Club sandwich with roast beef and bacon. It was amazingly delicious! As you can see by the picture, it had a lot of meat and the bread was perfection. I love going to Jersey Mike’s in Leland because the staff is always friendly and they care about preparing your food and they want you to enjoy it too. If you haven’t try them out, what are you waiting for.
