I’ve been to this Taco Bell so many times they have got my order correct every single time and I’m a picky eater. Best Taco Bell in Denver. Mobile orders usually ready in 5 minutes and I just walk up and grab it!

Over multiple occasions, I have unfortunately experienced consistently terrible service at this Taco Bell. They frequently get my order wrong and when it’s correct, it’s prepared incorrectly. The staff is consistently rude, showing attitude during ordering. They even prioritize Doordash orders, leaving walk-in customers stranded. The franchise owner must revamp the entire crew to restore basic standards. Avoid this Taco Bell at all costs. If I could give zero stars I would. The franchise owners SHOULD be losing money.
I actually confronted them this morning and when I tried to get a picture / video of them , they went and hid somewhere. It’s a lady with a bun and a girl with red hair. And you can see the attitude I was given in the video as well.

Normally I wouldn’t say anything because I get accidents happen but I’ve been here 4 times and every time is such a terrible experience. For example today I pull out my food and there’s a used pen in my food? Last time I came I told the probably teenage, black haired girl thank you and she legit rolled her eyes at me. I’ve had quesadillas with like two strips of meat. I feel like I’m never given the time of day here or at times barely given some. I get it I’ve worked in fast food and currently am in retail. Nobody wants to be at work and customers can suck but let’s have some human decency.

Ordered delivery and this entire bag is good i didn’t order aside from the nacho fries which were stone cold. Out of 9 items they got 3 things correct. They put the wrong ingredients into the wrong items and we made minimal customizations (no sour cream, veggie instead of beef) they also completely replaced one of our items with a poorly made crunchwrap. My night was ruined I actively avoid this location for this exact reason. Not to mention they completely forgot our drinks.

This is an absolute pinnacle of culinary excellence to think of it as anything less is an absolute disaster to society. I know a lot of liberals have commented on Taco Bell in the past, but as a red blooded American, I can tell you the meat is authentic. It’s pure and it’s what this country is built off of… not the backs of the others. It’s the backs of the people who work here. I also reccomend the Mexican pizza

The drive through only handles 3 cars at a time resulting in cars piling up in the street. Waited 40 minutes in drive through for legit 6 cars. So if you think it is busy I would not go to this location.l they can not handle it.
Also after waiting hungry 40 minutes I saw in front of me the people get my bag. I asked about it and got a rude tone as the person helping gave me the total. I paid never got my receipt.
My remade food was made wrong (tomato on my pizza asked for not) and the Dorito taco was cold. The Baja blast has a chemical flavor I called about 4 weeks ago never got fixed.
I don’t recommend this location. There’s a few other nearby that are set up for traffic and aren’t mean and get your order wrong. It’s honestly usually right but tonight was not it!

Absolute terrible customer service. One of the rudest managers I have ever spoken to on the phone. She’s lucky I didn’t get her name because I would report her and her entire team for negligence and lack of responsibility. I have lived in the area for two years and I stopped going to this location immediately after opening because the service was so terrible. I decided to give them another chance today and they blew it. I asked for no tomatoes and they gave me extra tomatoes. Complete lack of intelligence and caring at this location. Shame on Taco Bell.
