Update since response. NO ONE WANTS TO TELL THEM TO REMAKE OUR DRINKS THE RIGHT WAY. Nor should we have to. Not to mention most of us are on our way to work. It’s a shitty start to a long work day. Is there not shift managers/supervisors making sure employees are doing things properly?
Friendly workers but my drink is never made properly. I get the double berry matcha and it’s never made properly and looks like a tall cup of iced puke.

Drive thru was quick around 4:30 pm. The employee who served me was not very polite. Salted caramel mocha frappuccino with cold foam was great.

Anytime I have an appointment at the hospital next door, I come from work and sit at this Starbucks. Though it isn’t often, it’s always a joy to sit here and listen to the positivity that is sent around from member to member. Easy going and positive atmosphere that is absolutely contagious. Keep up the great work! I’d visit more if I lived closer.

This store has so much growth potential!!
They have the best baristas.
Stephanie Larson Regional Director and her supervisor Marcus handled my concern with an employee who suffers anxiety and requires sensitivity training for the quad cities locale.
This location is my favorite in out of Davenport, Bettendorf, Moline, and/or Rock Island!
I come here often to pray with my prayer partner and missionary Sister Renay.
It is also located conveniently near my hospital where I receive treatment <3 .

Had a horrible week and went to this starbeez before my therapy appt. Asked if pumpkin spice was out yet but I came a day early. Instead they made me an extra special nitro cold brew with foam and even wrote “happy fall!” on the lid. They were so nice I sat in the parking lot and ugly sobbed for 15 minutes. I hope the barista who made my drink and took my order sees this, because your few moments of consideration meant the world to me. I’ve been grieving really hard and to receive even a little support made an enormous difference in my day. Thank you.
