Staff are good in terms of greeting me during my 2 visits yesterday and today, so service is good. Food was good as well but they are not very generous in how much entree items they scoop onto your bowl and your plate. I ordered a 1-item bowl yesterday and had so much white rice relative to the kung pao chicken. Today is ordered a plate with 2 entree items but again I had more chow mein left long before I had finished eating the 2 entrees. I don’t remember this experience at other Panda Express so I hope this one will be a bit more generous with their entree to keep the ratio of side and entree more balanced.

Food tastes bland here at Sunrise Way Panda! I’m a big fan of Panda Express and I’m a local who frequents both the Cathedral City & Palm Desert ones. I always enjoy the food & its affordability at Pandas. First time visiting here & the food especially rice & beef are below par! I’ll never stop by here again in the future! Gave it 2stars because the team was great! Throw out an expired food!!!

I ordered Panda Express through DoorDash, and I was really disappointed with the quality of the food. It didn’t seem fresh at all — it looked and tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. For the price, I expected something warm and freshly made, but it just wasn’t appetizing. I hope they pay more attention to freshness for delivery orders in the future.

People are dry and don’t even look at you when they’re talking to you. A female was there and seemed like her boyfriend/husband worked there because I tried asking her for things and didn’t look at me at all. Asked for napkins and all she did was fill the dispenser and didn’t even bother to let me know or bring me a napkin at least. Society nowadays expects tips for everything and don’t bother to give the service to earn a tip.

Came into Panda Express ordered with the app under Michelle J. Went to pick up my order during lunch time and they didn’t have my order ready even though they texted me it was and the rice wasn’t cooked at all. I ordered fried rice and it’s all white because it’s undercooked. Can I talk to someone about this? I waited in line for a suppose ready order for uncooked food. Not to mention how HARD the orange chicken was it broke my plastic fork. Something has to be done about the cook in this location.
