Reviews
Half the staff is really friendly, the other half couldn’t give a crap beyond pushing your sandwich down the line and out of their station.
I will say the biggest problems I have are the fact that they are always out of something and don’t realize it. You run the risk of your favorite bread or a special ingredient being empty on the line, and they yell into the back for a person you’re not quite sure exists, only to find out that you need to pick something else. Someone obviously used he last bit of a certain sauce or took the last cookie out of the tray, but it seems to be a big mystery as to whose job it is to put more in.
Also, they tend to use the same knife over and over and over without any sort of rotation or cleaning. Those with any sort of allergy or dietary conditions need to understand that their idea of cleaning the utensils used to prepare your items is a casual scrape it two on the side of one of the trash chutes.
That said, I’ve never had a bad experience or bad sandwich there. But you can’t help but want a little more out of the experience.
It’s a joint effert for the food court to be kept clean and normally looks good.
