Great food & friendly staff – highly recommend! The restaurant is clean and inviting, and the owners and staff are top notch. Delicious sandwiches, and you don’t want to miss out on the mac & cheese or fries, either! Love the decorations incorporated from Falcon Fire Department, and that Firehouse Subs supports first responders. 5 stars all the way around!

Good food but overpriced, they need to lower the prices some or give larger portions of food would be a better experience and make it worth eating out.

Our subs were fantastic. Everyone was friendly and helpful and enthusiastic. They did forget our fries on our to-go order but things are new and it won’t stop us from going back. Very excited for the drive thru!

Staff very friendly and accommodating! We were having issues figuring out how to apply an offer from our newly setup Firehouse Subs app and the staff was very patient and understanding while helping us resolve the issue and submit our order.

Have been to the new location in Falcon several times now, and couldn’t be more pleased. Everyone is very friendly (shout-out to Justin for recommending the cajun seasoning on the fries – excellent!), and the sandwiches are always hot and delicious.

Over an hour to get to cold sandwiches (yes we ordered them cold) then get them home and they are not correct. This is the second visit to this location the first they had just opened but you should have a system in place and not just telling people that orders keep coming in. Adjust the time in the app and online. And have people in the store that can train during busy times. There was one girl the was the only one that seemed to know any of it.
Do better.

Unfortunate cluelessness. I walked in at 635 to pickup a mobile order. My bag had a bag of chips in it — not a cookie. I asked the kid at the counter where the cookie is, but the cluelessness was real. Further, I asked where my cups are. The kid said “how many do you need”. I said two (as it shows in my receipt which is right in front of him). He handed me four and I said again “two”. Go to the Freestyle machine and nothing but diet drinks are working. I shook my head, looked at another customer with a “you’ve got to be kidding me” face, put the cups down on the table and grabbed two bottles of soda instead. For a brand new restaurant, you’d think there’d be a little more formal training on how to read someone’s order (and to proactively refill the sweetener in the freestyle machine). Or maybe that’s just my experience managing a fast food restaurant in high school. In the end: got two drinks I didn’t want, and missing a cookie from my order.

super unfortunate i had to make this post especially because I have been so dang excited to finally be able try out this spot after waiting months. don’t bother thinking you’re going save time by ordering online, definitely go there only if you really insist to and order THERE because they will be out of half of the items you actually want. wanted to try the brisket sandwich for my grandpa and i, and ordered online to save time and not only did they not have it but no fries either. I was not offered any substitute so just lost money. the sandwiches we got were missing the one pickle it comes with and were okay I guess but for the price I wouldn’t ever recommend. such a ridiculously disappointing experience, especially for a brand new location. spend your money elsewhere for more and better quality food. ♀️
