Normally don’t have that many issues with this location but this coffee this morning is AWFUL. It’s separating completely and is SO bitter. I’ll be going to the one in Erlanger from now on. This is unacceptable for the price.
The dark stuff at the bottom? Is the coffee separating. This is a Honey Cinnamon Vanilla. Definitely doesn’t look right. Definitely doesn’t taste right.

sad experience this morning in the drive thru. the entire interaction between myself and the cashier felt forced and uncomfortable even after
trying to make conversation with her. wasn’t busy at all. then i was handed a hot drink after i ordered iced. no big deal. it was fixed and i was
given a new one. my iced coffee was watered down, my sausage honey biscuit had no honey and i paid extra to add an egg and received no egg. definitely will make the drive to the north bend biggby from here on out.

I LOVE Biggby coffee. The staff is super friendly, the coffee and food are amazing and the atmosphere is relaxing and inviting! I love working from here on a Friday for a couple of hours while enjoying my coffee and free shot of espresso.

I had such an amazing experience at this location. The service was great and the girl taking my order (I think her name was Molly) was so patient and insightful when I didn’t know what to order. My order is never wrong and is always served hot. I will forever recommend this location over others!

This used to be the best coffee spot in Florence. Not anymore. Last time in the drive thru we waited 23 minutes despite being fifth in line. Then an older woman was rude to both her coworkers and customers. Both items in our order were incorrect. We pointed this out and were told “sorry, that’s what kid in the receipt.” No offer to correct it. We are glad there is a new option nearby.

Enjoyable, small but efficient coffee shop. Seems pretty local but there are a few around so not sure how big it is. Staff is friendly. Options are plentiful and are quality. Location is friendly and comfortable. Have games and free wifi for patrons to use as desired. Has a drive thru. Takes Apple Pay. Has a loyalty program. Wednesday is $3 16oz lattes of any kind. Has vegan options for dairy substitutes including almond, soy, coconut, and oat milks.
What more could you want? I would recommend and will be back.

I visit a few times a week. Today I order a 20 oz teddy bear on a friday- signage outside says it’s $5 but the cashier at the drive thru charged me the normal $7.67. I asked about it and she advised she wouldn’t know and can’t see because she just clocked in. She proceeded to say a few more unkind words and wouldn’t give me a straw.
