I’ve never had issues with tracking an order online until today. I’m monitoring the progress and for a while it says preparing. My daughter is there and she’s told not ready. A few minutes later I refreshed the tracking and it shows picked up. I called my daughter and she tells me she doesn’t have it. She goes back in and once again she’s told it’s not ready that’s a mistake. I called the place but right away I was putme on hold for more than 7 minutes. I hanged up, call back. I could even utter a sound and the lady had already said “please hold”. I’m upset now. I hanged up and called back and select store’s manager. 3 minutes ringing no answer. I get it, they are busy, but no answer after 7 minutes on hold!!! NOT ACCEPTABLE

Driver was super nice but the pizza topping is insane. I don’t find this appetizing and something I could enjoy. It doesn’t even seem as if the pizza got cooked all the way because of how many jalapeños and banana peppers. The cheese under that side is not fully melted. Spent 31$ and tipped 9$ just for this…. I have never been this disappointed before with papa john’s. I have worked at papa john’s before and this is not acceptable.

Delivery guy was nice and friendly and pizza was delivered in about 20 min. However, the pizza barely had any sauce on it, much less the extra sauce I asked for. The brownies were DRY as ever, almost tasteless and seemed void of sugar.

Awwww man that buffalo chicken specialty pizza is the BOMB dude ! Me n my wife couldn’t stop eating it haha, idk what’s up with all the bad reviews, but 5 stars from us for sure !

I’ve got to give a shout out to Amanda at the Cleveland store! She’s on point knows us by the vehicle and our names! She always has us ready in Timley fashion and puts a smile on our boys faces knowing they got that cheese pizza! Somebody give this woman a raise!

You can never get anyone on the phone. The food is mediocre at best. Do not recommend we love Papa John’s but dislike the one in Cleveland! The service for the price you pay was atrocious!

Papa John’s pizza is always so great. And this is an actual dining and takeout or delivery Papa John’s. I also understand that being shorthanded after Covid and during Covid has been a struggle for restaurants. However, I really needed to use the restroom while waiting on my pizza. When I open the door this is what I was greeted with. I’m not happy. I just hope that Pizza is fine and the kitchen is clean. The staff is really sweet and friendly and seem to like the jobs. I guess nobody likes his bathrooms.

I was notified on the app that my order was ready so I went in to get my pizza. I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes in the store. Then after I finally got my order it was wrong. They messed up my order and they offered to remake it but that it be about 30 minutes.
