We recently ordered the 4-piece chicken strip basket and a burger from Dairy Queen. The chicken strips were hot and crispy, with a good amount of breading and juicy meat inside. The basket came with fries and Texas toast, making it a filling meal. The fries were fresh and had a nice crunch.The Two Cheese Deluxe burger stood out with its two slices of cheese, fresh lettuce, tomato, and pickles, all stacked on a soft bun. The burger was juicy and flavorful, and the toppings added a nice crunch and freshness. Everything was served quickly and the staff was friendly. Overall, a solid fast food experience that hit the spot for a quick lunch.

I love chicken strips. But ummm, what is this? Overcooked, 3 pieces, and they were the size of chicken fingers. Fries were soggy and cold. This was the $7 deal. We ordered 2. Can’t complain about the soda as it was fine as well as the ice cream although it melted on the way home. (Ice cream is not their fault.) To top it off they didn’t offer a drink carrier for our sodas or the ice cream. Won’t be eating their meals again, but will return for an ice cream cone once in a while.

Ordered delivery twice in a week and both times items were missing from the orders. Food has been ice cold by the time is was delivered and blizzard treats where melted when they got here. Ordered and paid for extra sauces both times and have ben charged for them but never got them. Been told both times that someone didn’t check the receipts before handing the order to the delivery driver. Poor customer service from this location making sure orders are correct before sending them out for delivery.

My great grandchildren are very picky eaters but they will eat dairy queens chicken strips with the gravy. The last few times I went they’ve asked me to pull to the number 1 spot to wait for my food. This last time i went through the drive thru, I paid for my order, received the kids’ drink and sundaes then was asked to pull to the number 1 spot. It took them 17 minutes to bring us our order. Ice cream was melted and ice in drinks were melting too making drinks a little watered down. Worse part of the whole things was that they weren’t busy. Myself, the person behind me waiting, they got there food at same time as we did, and 1 car in parking lot. But yet it took 17 minutes to get our order out to us.

We stopped for ice cream while driving through. The employees seemed bothered whenever we needed napkins or asked for water. Also, the restroom needs some fixing up , the water in thectoilet raises almost to the top before flushing. That’s a bit frustrating if you don’t know that it will actually flush.

Ordered a banana split no pineapple extra banana. Went to pick it up. No extra banana the workers tried giving me a banana. Why pay .59 for an extra banana if it’s not on the banana split? Asked for no pineapple due to not liking the texture never have . There was a scoop of pineapple. The worker was very rude and upset that she had to remake the banana spilt. It was an online order. They don’t pay attention to the online orders. Didn’t even complain about not having the extra strawberry.

I came through and asked the kid at the drive thru if it was still happy hr and he said yes. I ordered my drink and was charged 3.54 for a medium tea, I called to speak with the manager about my experience and she was just rude. I rather go across the street to Casey’s and get one for .99 and have to wait in line then deal with a rude manager. Sad thing is I come here twice a week for my lunch break. Not anymore I’ll be taking my lunches at Subway from here on out.
