Im sorry I didn’t even order from this place but I set across from the establishment and couldn’t take a worker having his glove on and picking his ear and touching his face with it . And still serving pizza like that i was hoping he would switch the glove out but he didn’t . His the man with glasses and green hat .

Is the food high priced? Of course it is you are at a mall food court. Nothing is cheap in the mall food court….. The workers were all very friendly. Everything appeared to be very clean.
I came early in the day so it wasn’t too packed, AND the pepperoni Pizza was very good. The only reason I gave them a four star rating instead of a five was the high price of the food.

Roman Delight was a massive disappointment. The staff was okay, but that’s about the only positive thing I can say. The food is ridiculously overpriced for what they offer, and the taste is absolutely horrible. It’s an overpriced, gimmicky place that shouldn’t charge anywhere near what they do for such poor quality. I’ve been to a lot of pizza places, and this is easily one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. To be fair, I gave them a second chance. I went back a little over a week later and ordered the same thing, a slice of cheese and a slice of pepperoni. Unfortunately, it was just as bad the second time. The flavors are bland, the crust is lackluster, and overall, it’s just a mess. If they want to stay in business, they need to seriously rethink their recipe because whatever they’re doing now is not working. Horrible food and horrific prices don’t make for a good combination. I can’t recommend this place to anyone, and I won’t be going back.

Nearly $7 for one slice of pepperoni. Crust is doughy with nearly no gluten formation which creates a factory-made bready bite with no crunch or chew besides the cheese. Points for the surprise of stuffed crust but this is just run of the mill, over-priced mall food. Not the worst pizza I’ve eaten.

I had spinach & mushroom pizza and spinach lasagna. Big slice of pizza more like 2 slices. The pizza had plenty of toppings. The lasagna was very cheesy and they added marinara sauce on top. I didn’t care for the garlic bread because it was so big. I had enough food to take home a plate.

The spinach (or the meat) lasagna is delicious and picture perfect. Then I bring home more to feed the family. This is one of the high points of my visiting Baybrook Mall.
