Food was great but the service at this location is very slow. Went two different days and similar service. Both times no one was at the front counter helping others for long periods of time.

Restaurant appears to be new, but the floor is a bit dirty. There are also quite a bit of scuffs right inside the door to the right. My tea tasted….not as fresh as I would expect it to. You know that hint of fermentation? It had that…. My burger was good, no issues, the onion rings were good. They are very similar to Sonic’s onion rings. They have 8 different sauces. The Jalapeno ranch and the pepper sauce are very good! $48 for 2 adults and 2 children feels like a bit much for fast food.

If you’re looking for fast food, keep driving. If you’re looking for a 30-minute character-building exercise in patience, this is your place.
It took over half an hour to receive one kids cheeseburger, one kids grilled cheese, and one plain cheeseburger. Three items. No modifications. No complexity. During that time, the service crew moved at a pace best described as leisurely indifference, and interactions ranged from unhelpful to outright rude.
When the food finally arrived, it was still missing items. At that point, we accepted defeat, cut our losses, and walked away—along with several other customers who also gave up and left while waiting.
This location has somehow managed to remove the one thing people expect from fast food: speed. Combine that with poor customer service, incorrect orders, and zero urgency, and you have a restaurant that reflects serious leadership and operational failures.
This isn’t just a bad shift or an off day—it’s a systemic issue that corporate leadership should take seriously. Until major changes are made, I strongly recommend no one visit this location unless long waits, frustration, and disappointment are part of the plan

I rarely leave negative reviews but I was VERY underwhelmed by the $32 worth of food and cleanliness of the staff. Honestly didn’t want to eat my burger and only finished half. The staff member was friendly but her hands had condiments and food all over them when she took my payment. Made me wonder if anyone washes their hands there. They were not busy at the time either. My burger was smashed and very very messy upon opening the wrapper (I understand burgers can be messy but this was a whole new level). The wrapper on my moms sandwich had cheese, condiments, and whatever else on the outside of it. My husbands double patty jalapeno burger was a single patty without jalapeno ( had to pay extra for the double). I heard this Whataburger was not good but figured it was bc they just opened but damn….I won’t be back. I usually give 2nd chances but I’m grossed out.

I sat in the drive-thru for 25 minutes for two burgers that is absolutely laughable. I try to wave to one of the employees and get their attention so that I could possibly get a straw for my drink only for him to look at me and walk eyes with me while I’m waving at him and to turn around and just walk away. Here it turns 10 seconds later in hands another car more salt and sauce seeing me wave and him again only to completely disregard it and walk away a second time. I don’t understand why even gave this place a second chance. It’s just a clone of Sonic done 10 times worse.

We had 45 minutes to kill and hadn’t had breakfast yet so thought we’d try Whataburger. Big mistake. Our food took over 20 minutes to arrive and they didnt bring our drinks out, milk & a coffee, and those took another 10 minutes and us asking about them a second time. One of our burgers was swimming in sauce and was almost inedible but no way were we going to complain. The onion rings were decent enough and that’s the best thing I can say.

This was my first visit to Whataburger and I doubt I will go back. I used the kiosk to order and made the selections for what I wanted on my burger but it came out with items on it that I didn’t want. There are a lot of burger fast food places out there and this one is at the bottom of my list. Also, there were no napkins or medium cups and I had to ask an employee to restock them.

My family and I went here today and the staff was rude. The guy who took the Oder acted like we were bothering him and the other guy who brought it out slammed the tray on the table and didn’t even say hi to us. The trash was over flowing and I had to clean the table for my family to sit down at. The staffs clothes looked really bad as well. The fountain sodas all tasted flat. The food tasted old and nasty. We won’t be back. I usually would try again but no thanks. The store was disgusting. Plenty of employees. should have not looked like that at all.

Went here to get a patty melt and some wings and this has to be the longest WAIT I’ve ever had at a Whataburger spent probably 15 to 30 minutes in line. They were not getting the orders out fast, but the food was good. Besides the fact that my patty melt was just smashed burger buns instead of actual Texas toast, everything was fresh though

Arrived at the drive through and one car was at the window. Ordered my food and 10 minutes later I got to the window. Before paying I asked if my food was ready and she said we are still working on it. I said never mind then and left. Don’t go here unless you have at least 15 to 20 minutes to wait.
