I’ve been craving Pad Thai forever. With a few places close by, and being disappointed thought I would try this place. The Crab Rangoon, was $10.00, omg! It wasn’t great, and the dipping sauce was weird, can’t explain it, not sweet at all, just odd. The Thai iced coffee was good, you can’t go wrong. Now the Pad Thai was amazing, and just how I remember it being, so good. My only issues were the Crab Rangoon, over priced for taste and blandness. Also, can I get another napkin. I felt like the staff disappeared, once my entree was served. Couldn’t n ask for a napkin, by the time I could, my shirt was stained, and I needed the check.

The Snail has been a staple in our home for over 10 years. After hundreds of orders, they still provide the same high-quality food and attentive service we fell in love with. They truly care about their customers and always go the extra mile. Our delivery person is the best too!

My husband and I went here for lunch, and we each ordered the roast duck curry, and it was very delicious! I love curry that isn’t too spicy that I can taste all of the flavors, and it was PERFECT!!! I highly recommend this location. The waitress was very polite and accommodating.

Great little Thai place! I had the green duck curry and it was amazing. The spices were wonderful and the dish had a bit of spice as well. Washed it all down with a delicious Thai tea.
The staff was friendly and the food came relatively fast.
If you love Thai food, or if you are looking for something new, I would highly recommend this place.

We went here after going to the local science museum. I’m a celiac and needed something gluten free that’s good for avoiding cross contamination. I found this place in an app and thought we’d give it a try.
Wait staff was extremely friendly. I told him my dietary needs and was very willing to work with me and was able to direct me to several options. I went with the curry. All the curry, except for the duck, are gf. I don’t remember what is was called, but it had shrimp, calamari, and a ton of vegetables. Was really good. Labeled spicy, but it’s not really. Similar to a medium sauce pack from Taco Bell.

We had the fresh spring rolls, panang curry chicken and delicious tom kha soup with chicken. Excellent authentic Thai food prepared quickly and with pleasant service. The restaurant is pretty sparse with even the menus by QR code, but it’s clean and the food is great. Highly recommend!

Not bad, not amazing. Slightly above average. We ordered drunken noodles and Thai basil chicken. Probably wouldn’t come back but good for a try from picky Thai eaters

Snail thai is absolutely amazing! The food is fantastic! My family absolutely loves thai food and this place has immediately shot to my #1 in the area. The staff are incredibly friendly and the atmosphere is great too! I would definitely get the scallion dumplings (gluten free) they were top notch!

DELICIOUS!
My friend and I were looking for a restaurant close to the Museum of Science and Industry and this gem popped up on the map. It was less than a 10 minute walk from the museum.
We stopped in close to 2:30pm and it was empty. But by the time we left around 3:15pm, the tables were getting filled up on one side.
I tried the Bangkok and Snail noodle dishes. My friend also had the Bangkok noodles and a mango bubble smoothie. All of it was incredible! I would order everything again. The snail noodle was a bit more vinegary than I expected, but I’d still eat it again. My only regret was not getting a bubble smoothie myself.
Service was fast and friendly. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
I hope to come back.

The proprietor of this establishment profiled me with the stereotype of a dirty black woman. I have eaten here before but I stopped in to quickly use the restroom. I understand some places will not allow this so I asked permission. The woman said yes but the proprietor came out and snarled at me to “be clean.” I was confused by this but went on to use the bathroom. When I came out he was waiting and asked if I had been clean. I realized he was serious and said yes, of course. Then in a condescending voice he said “now, what do you say?” Like a parent teaching a child manners. As this was happening I couldn’t believe it so I responded from a disconnected place- “uh, thank you? “ and he responded “that’s right”
I walked away like what the hell just happened? Never going there again.
