This place is definitely better compared to other fast food options around. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the food was good, just what you’d expect from Arby’s.

Placed an online order here and it didn’t take my coupon wanted to cancel and try to reorder but only number given was the stores number to contact which good luck no one will answer so I go in and tell them what hepppend and was told I have to contact corporate to cancel my order, which would have been great if the app actually gave a number to call other then the stores number. So long story short they wouldn’t help me with my order and also the fries and potato cakes were pretty much cold the sandwich would have been too if they didn’t pop it in the microwave to warm up the cheese and meat. Never coming back

I just went thru the drive thru on my travels, ordered a 9 piece steak nuggets, and down the road, opened the container to find 4 steak nuggets, and a chip of burnt meat the size of my little fingernail. What!? $10 for this? Nah…ridiculous!

Something was really wrong with our potato cakes just 1 really and the man replaced it with 2 freshly cooked ones. He was friendly and wanted to make everything right, not the usual snotty like it’s your fault Something is wrong with the food, it was a good experience when it could have easily been a bad experience

I stopped here on my motorcycle for lunch. While there was nothing special about the food vs any other arbys I was super impressed to look out the window and see that the manager had walked out and was cleaning the bugs off my motorcycle windshield and headlight. I thought that was a great act of kindness and customer service

Really upset right now… I waited 20 mins in the drive thru to grab lunch before I went to work… On the receipt it says RB Gyro meal with mozz…and French dip sandwich… My gyro was turkey and no ajus for the French dip…. What’s a French dip without the ajus?!?!?!?! I got to work and noticed this and did not have time to go back… Because I work clear across town… I tried calling 4 times and they never answered… I’m really upset. So I had to take RB off the other sandwich for my gyro because I ORDERED RB NOT TURKEY!!!! Very disappointing….

Unfortunately the store was pretty dirty, i went to use a highchair and WOW it was filthy. I wouldn’t have put my dog in that chair little lone my Granddaughter! Tables were dirty also, I had to wipe the table off myself so we could sit down. Hopefully they can clean up some.

STAFF FLIPPED OFF MY HUSBAND AND 8 YEAR OLD AFTER WAITING 20+ MIN IN THE DRIVE THRU, AND THEN GOT THE ORDER WRONG.
My husband took my son through the drive thru and ordered 1 happy meal and a chocolate shake. There were 2 cars ahead of them, and after 5 minutes my husband noted the time. They reached the window after waiting 20 minutes and then waited another few minutes while the staff made the shake and soda. When the girl finally came to the window my husband said “waiting 20 minutes for 1 order is pretty crazy”. She snapped back at him, “We only have 2 people in here so if you don’t like it don’t come through our drive thru”. My husband responded “well I didn’t know that when I ordered and that’s not the customers problem.” She proceeded to flip off my husband in front of my 8 year old, and walked off. To make matters worse, they messed up the order and gave him a vanilla shake. Arby’s is my son’s favorite place to stop and it’s on our way home, but he now says he doesn’t want to go back because he doesn’t want to see her. I understand they struggle to find help, but needless to say…THE SERVICE AND STAFF SUCK. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND INAPPROPRIATE.

On Wednesday, October 9th, my wife and I stopped in on the way back from Yellowstone. There were 2 young men and a young lady running the entire store. They could not have worked harder or provided better customer service. They were extremely patient with every customer. They got the orders right and the food was very well prepared.
