Probably the worst sonic location known to man. Being that del valle has quite literally nothing to eat/ they could do better. Chicken fingers were days old. Wasnt even chicken left. Tots soaked in grease. Jr burger was ok- but not worth a star. Even their treats are subpar with nothing being actually mixed in. Just placed on top. Gross drive the 20 mins out of del valle for chic fila. Also note the check was $18. I ordered mostly from the “value” menu bc the combos are exuberantly priced. And I knew i wasny going to get my money’s worth. Wish i could get a full refund

Extended wait time for slop. Manager brought my order to car almost 20 mins past pickup time and the total were cold and the burger was falling apart because of how sloppy it was made. I politely told her the food was inedible and she comes back with refund .. No apology or accountability.

I almost always do online pickup orders so it can be quicker and its still not quicker. I placed am order for 2 corn dogs tayor tots and drinks at 6:20 order says should be ready by 6:26. Traffic made be get here at 6:40 i checked in and at 6:50 my order still has not arrived to me. Like how not? I also never get to sweet tea here bc its never sweet or good

I’m not one to typically complain about fast food, but my recent experience warrants a review. After my son’s football practice, I ordered four burgers without onions, explicitly stating my allergy and dislike for onions multiple times. However, upon inspecting our order, we found onions on 2 of the burgers. I returned to the establishment, requested a refund for the affected burgers, and asked the lady to expedite the process. After a 10-minute wait, she returned with two burgers, which I declined in favor of a refund. She informed me that the refund would take 5-7 days and offered me the food, stating that it had already been prepared. Unfortunately, upon arriving home, I discovered that the burger still had onions. I will never patronize this establishment again.

Sonic headquarters definitely needs to come check this location the amount of complaints are definitely for a reason, the orders are never correct and the workers don’t care to be working there at all, my order was simple a junior burger with lettuce tomato and onions and after three dry junior burgers I just gave up. I ordered sparkling water with peach and strawberries and received regular water with strawberries and lemon. Why can’t this location ever get a order right? This will be my last time eating here.

You need to hire more employees and or pay the current ones more because this isn’t working – been here 20+ minutes waiting for an online order. There aren’t many food options in this area but I might have to go elsewhere just for reliability’s sake.

Drive thru is very poor of service I was waiting for 3 min car pulled next to me and took he’s order. I’m ordering to head to work and there taking forever to take my order but other car quickly they took the order. That’s cuz I was there first and they told me just a second that second took 3min i end up leaving from there. That’s cuz wasn’t busy there was two cars one in the window other one pulled up 2min after I did.
