Guy working the window was rude as hell. Cut me off at the speaker then was rude when I had to transfer money onto my card which took quite literally not even a minute. Waited and stared at me until I was done to not even say anything when giving me my food. Not to mention I waited there for 15 minutes just to get my food because of the line. Just because you’re having a terrible day doesn’t mean you have to make it terrible for everybody else!!

I recently ordered takeout from Panda Express, and it was a huge letdown. My girlfriend and I both got separate orders, including orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp. When we got home and opened the boxes, we were shocked at how little food was in them. The orange chicken was barely a scoop, and the honey walnut shrimp was almost non-existent. To make matters worse, the noodles were super dry and tasteless, like they’d been sitting out for hours. It felt like they were seriously cutting corners on the portions and quality. For the price we paid, we expected a lot more. The food itself was disappointing, and we were both still hungry after finishing our meals. Definitely not going back anytime soon.

We came in and they were VERY busy and were working on getting food out, the manager alex and the young lady trang were very understanding when we asked to wait and pay when our food. Henry, a young man with dark hair and glasses, said let’s move you 2 down and well get you cashed out we said we’d like to wait, he became rude and said “yep, its on its way out now, ill cash you all out now” when we said we’d like to wait he became upset and said “your food is coming, im going to cash you out now” we said “No, and we would like to wait, please dont be rude” he finally walked away.

Tables were dirty. Floor was full of food. Told person that and she wiped food onto floor and never swept it up. Heavy set girl behind the counter was so loud and talked way to much about other employees she worked with. Who wants to listen to that while they are eating.

We had walked in ready to order and one of the female employees was having a conversation with a customer about a passed job they had together , so we continued to wait til she checked him out while other employees would walk up to the counter and ignore us we waited there for at least 10 min with no interaction with any employee when the female employee finally came to take our order it seemed like she didn’t know how to take our order and out of no where once she had figured out what we wanted she left us again for another 10 min while those additional passed buy the food we ordered ran out so we had to wait even more time for the food to be remade our order finally start getting made when a manager lady showed up ridiculous those employees made more work for the manager lady

not sure what is wrong with rhe fried rice, but Panda express should be a standard across all the franchise’s. the fried rice here was just mushy white rice with vegetables sprinkled in it…when cooking more oil, definitely more soy sauce, way more until it changes the color of the rice, and add some MSG if you really wanna add some flavor, see before and after i recooked it…it doesn’t have to be rhat dark but dam atleast a little crispier, and some flavor.

They open at 10. We got there at 10:10. No one acknowledged us there for another 5 minutes. The buffet container didn’t have food in them yet. They were still cooking the noodles. We were told it would be about 10 more minutes. So we ordered and paid and waiting for our food. At 10:25 we had to ask someone if they could turn on the fountain pop machines.

I ordered a plate with chow mein, fried rice, and double…DOUBLE orange chicken!!! I didn’t get a singular piece of chicken, not a SINGLE piece.
