My recent visit i thought was going to be ok becuase I noticed the manager actually personally checking that the food i ordered was being made correctly so I made the mistake of believing everything would be fine and did not check my food. For the most part it was fine, only 1 burger was actually wrong, being a single instead of a double and the toppings were wrong. The real kicker is that the 6 piece i ordered had no nuggets in the box. Instead it was filled with, i am assuming, all the onions that I did not want on my burgers. Guess she didn’t actually give that box a shake to verify it had any nuggets in it. Reading a screen and putting food in a container is apparently harder than it seems.

I’ve given this location several opportunities due to the location near my home. Unfortunately it’s always a let down. They are always out of items and the service is horrible. They have to have the record for the slowest McDonald’s in Georgia. They can’t seem to get orders correct. Last night was the last straw. I was informed at the drive through they were out of sprite and HiC orange. We were the only vehicle in line. We waited 15 minutes at the window. When the attendant finally made contact there was no hello let alone an apology for the delay. When we received our drinks (coke) it was so watered down it looked like dirty water. When I brought this to the attention of the attendant I was told “what do you want me to do about it”? I ended up leaving the drinks as I obviously wasn’t going to receive the product I paid for. When we got home the fries had barely been cooked. Waste of $20 dollars. Whoever owns this establishment is either pathetic and has no clue what is going on there or genuinely couldn’t care less about customer service. I tried calling. No answer and they don’t even have a voicemail set up. Who runs a business like this? Will not be going back.

I would give 0 stars if i could, all the workers are SO rude and the food is always raw, stale , or old. Ordered a cheese burger and got everything but the burger. i always try to give them a second chance and they always suck and god forbid you ask for sauce they look at you like you just asked them for 10k and roll their eyes

Went to order from kiosk machine debt doesn’t work, angry customers.
People’s has been waiting for their order for over 10 minutes. Customer was wondering why his order wasn’t filled yet. And shown the manager in importante way, ( in her face ) while saying I will be back with you shortly. We all know fast food industry doesn’t pay very well. But something has to give us better services.

I hit the drive-thru for a quick bite to eat at McDonald’s/ Love’s in Rincon, GA after topping off my gas tank at Love’s.
I pulled up behind two other vehicles waiting to order with one vehicle at the food pickup window.
Soon it was only the three of us sitting there waiting to order for minutes on end with no cars at any of the windows.
Eventually I was able to place my order, although I could barely hear the employee on the speaker.
I pulled up to the paying window and nobody was inside.
I paid at the food pick up window, but when I pulled up I could see through the tinted glass, it was more important for the girl to be playing with her cell phone instead of taking her job a little more seriously.
I received my food and my drink and when I got home my drink tasted nothing like Coca-Cola.
I mean the color was there but that was about it. And it had a decent amount of ice in it as usual.
But it barely had a hint of Coca-Cola taste to it.
Sometimes there’s nothing better than a good cold fountain soda.
This was not one of those times.
I fear that if this is as good as it gets McDonald’s will follow the path of the dodo bird. Extinction is right around the corner.

Placed an app order. As you can see I ordered a double cheeseburger only ketchup. I did not ask for hidden onions. When opening the top bun, there’s only ketchup. Onions were placed in the middle and on the bottom. This is totally unacceptable and the workers need to understand this could be people’s only meal for the day or the only thing a kid has asked for to eat. When trying to CALL this establishment the number on Google states the voicemail has not been set up yet and it goes straight to voicemail.

Customer service here is terrible! Places like this deserve to be shut down! I don’t even know how they stay in service! No self service drinks. So when they bring your food out! You have to ask for your drinks and deal with attitude due to them forgetting your drinks. Sauce is ridiculous here gotta eat the food plain even when their food is trash!

By far the worst McDonald’s I have been to in my entire life. Customer service horrible. Ordered food walked next-door to get change after the very rude baldheaded lady told me she couldn’t break a large bill (no big deal) Paid and waited over 25 minutes for COLD FOOD!!! Had I not been waiting for a child’s order I would have asked for my money and just left. Great news is I made it out of there before the people in the drive thru did who were there when I went inside!!!!!

You order fries without salt and they give them to you with salt, a sugar-free soda and it comes with sugar. You don’t expect them to sell healthy things because that’s not realistic, but reducing the harm isn’t a bad idea. It seems these people don’t care about doing their job properly.
