I spent nearly $80 including tips on a delivery order and still ended up missing items twice. First the wings were missing, then when they corrected that, my Cinnabons came with no frosting. I tipped two drivers because it wasn’t their fault, but this entire thing turned into a stressful ordeal just to eat dinner.
The store refused to send the corrected item with the second driver, even though he was still there. They gave me a $15 credit — and that credit doesn’t even show up in my account. So at this point, I spent more money, waited over an hour and a half, and never actually received what I paid for.
The drivers were great. The store and management are the real problem here. If they can’t provide basic accuracy, accountability, and customer support, they shouldn’t be delivering.
Extremely disappointed. I won’t be ordering from this location again! The pizza wasn’t even cooked all the way. Totally not happy.
Also, i followed the app’s payment prompts but my primary card was charged even though I left the CVV blank and tried to use a different card. This is the second time this has happened. Ridiculous.

Only giving this a 4 due to the fact of the door dash drivers which I wish would stop. I would rather just give my money directly to Pizza Hut and tip them instead of door dash. Also would be easier to hold individuals accountable. We ordered delivery (I live 5 minutes from Pizza Hut but with a little one who likes a midnight pizza snack I don’t want to take him out at night). The delivery driver left at 11:41 and did not arrive to my location until 12:23. And he basically tossed my pizza at me instead of apologizing and acting sincere .
However, I called Pizza Hut and the most lovely worker sent us a new order and it was there in 10 minutes hot and fresh. When I called she even questioned why the driver was driving the way he was. He was going the complete opposite direction of my house.
She did exceptional and went above and beyond to make the situation right. I will definitely return just will probably adjust my schedule to not support DoorDash anymore. Will just do carry out.

It’s basically a cheap doughy Dollar General french bread with a sauce that taste artificial. It no longer has that good ole caramelized charging on the edges because it’s not baked in a real cast iron skillet pan anymore. It’s worse than little Caesars, it’s a far cry from the days of the late 80s, 90s, and early 2000s. It’s no longer a sit down restaurant anymore, it’s fast food pop eyes chicken of pizza joints. On a good note, the staff were nice and fast.

They have started to door dash there order because they don’t want to hiring drivers. So my order I replaced the first time they forgot the 2 liter got the two liter to have with my pizza. So I called Pizza Hut had to call like 4 times just to get a hold of them. Then a manger said she would replace the pizza and have the pop delivered they missed the first time. Door dash picks up the order and they act like I am the one supposed to pick up the pay on the replacement. And I told the door dasher this and that I also already paid the first order they are replacing this order with with card. Then the Dasher said he would give me my order and he would call door dash to find out where he gets his money from. Then they called me trying to tell me I owe another 23 Something. I said nope Pizza Hut owes that money because they are replacing this order I am not paying twice.

I order from here all the time, never had a issue until today. I ordered two large stuff crust pepperoni pizzas and only one had pepperoni. The other one was just cheese. I called and the guy told me that I had to wait for a manager to come on the phone. I was on the phone for literally 30 minutes waiting and then and ended up hanging up. I called back again and he put me on hold again. He said he can’t help me, he’ll get someone that can. Once again I was on hold. After 15 minutes I just hung up. I just won’t be coming back here again!!!

I placed a delivery order via Uber Eats and the new girl up front made a mistake which happens and as a food industry worker I understand! But the manager on shift by the name of Jack fixed the mistake delivered free of charge and compensated for the wait time and error, his customer service is EXCELLENT, it’s very hard to find people that actually care about their job and customer service and Jack handled this situation very well. 10/10 would absolutely order from here again!!! Thank you Jack!!
