I went there at 1 o’clock as for too hot and ready, she said 10 minutes at 129I was still waiting and watched several people come in and take hot and ready and late I asked her and she did not even respond to me, turn and looked away, I sat waited. Still no response I got up and left. I was never anything but polite. How freaking rude is that I’m never going to that place again.

Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves letting food leave the store like this! Two pizzas, both stale as hell and NO SAUCE! It was all dried up!! It wasn’t even chewable! Like eating sand from the Sahara! The crazy bread has never looked like this before either. Who ever made these then DRENCHED them in garlic parm sauce (which we did not order!) I hope you step on Leggos barefoot, then stub your pinky toe! I was REALLY looking forward to those breadsticks! Shame, shame, double shame!! No more orders from here for us!!

Believe the rumors, this really is the worst location ever! IThe food was cold and stale, and hardly any sauce or pepperoni on the pizza. Slices were all mangled like a drunk person cut it. There was no parm on the craztbread either. I called to complain and no one would answer, so I went back in since i was close and everyone working ignored me like I was the plague. I got no resolution on my issues, so I’ll be going to any other location after today.

I ordered the Stuffed Pretzel Crust With Cheese Sauce and Pepperoni Pizza. It was completely covered in salt, and some of which melted onto the pizza, making the overbearing taste embedded into each slice. This made it inedible, and when I called them to state my issue, they made little effort to make the situation right (I was told to just remove the salt). Terrible pizza, poor customer service. Would not order from them again.

If I could give 0 stars I would give -10. On 6/21/25 at 8:27PM I placed an order over the phone for one hot and ready and one crazy bed. I was told 15 minutes. I showed back up at 8:43 and patiently waited for my order. While I was here 2 other customers were there over an hour and when they asked staff, the male in the back making the pizzas got an attitude, told dude not to disrespect him and challenged him to a fight. The girl working the counter was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE, she was taking order in store, over the phone, running to the back to catch up on the males lack of work ethic, boxing and cutting pizzas, needless to say she was literally doing it all and was awesome. She needs a huge raise and to probably just rub that entire store. Finally at 9:10PM I approach the counter again and ask that if my food isn’t ready soon to give me a refund. The female looked for my order came back and says she has no clue where my order went and just gave me my money back. This store needs serious help and the manager of the store should be ashamed they’re running a business like this and subjecting their employees to these conditions and angry customers. Do better.

Easy ordering through their app. Contactless pickup from the box. Ordering in person could have a wait if what you want isn’t a plain pepperoni pizza. Waiting if custom made could be 10 to 15 minutes just like every other pizza joint. Prices are low compared to other pizza places.

TERRIBLE,, this night. It’s usually good enough (still never very great) from this location. They said 10 minutes it took about 30. I ordered a pretzel crust pizza. The crust wasn’t pretzel, when I asked the lady she said the pretzel was covered with cheese so I tore the crust, there was no pretzel. The pizza dough was also very thin, was mostly cheese and grease! NASTY!!
I decided to get a refund instead of trying again, it was late,, the young people must’ve been tired. As I’m getting my refund, the girls Father or older family member came to maybe grab her from work and was talking to her in Spanish and giving me dirty looks. I had a smile on the whole time wasn’t upset or mean.
Went to dominoes on 14th & state pizza was fast, fresh & very good!!
