I ordered online. Walked in…no customers in line. I stood by the ordering counter to ask for my online order. There are 4 people working behind the counter. Not ONE of the employees made eye contact; nor did they greet me. And after standing there for nearly 3-5 minutes feeling like I should wave my arms because I must be invisible….I simply started talking to the employees so they would acknowledge me. I understand people being busy, I’ve been in the restaurant business. However, as a former manager I understand that not making eye contact or smiling, or saying “I’ll be with you momentarily”…this is completely unacceptable behavior. The food is good, the atmosphere is good…but the people working tonight should not be in the customer service industry.

I stopped by for an ice cream cake for a birthday party. Found a good one, and they personalized it for the birthday girl. It looks nice. Lots of other good food deals there. It was fairly busy when I stopped at 3 pm.

The owner lied to me over the phone saying that he was going to send me DQ coupons to make up for his employees’ mistake (in place of a refund) that was over three weeks ago and now I know that he’s a liar. I’ve been going there for about 30 years and that’s how he treats loyal customers.

Did an online delivery order for some food and an ice cream cake, the food was good but we never received the cake. I tried to call the location to see if the cake was still there, but after 15 minutes of being on hold and hearing the automated message repeat too many times I gave up.

Double checked that my order was right at the speaker, could hear them sound irritated with me whatever could have been something unrelated giving them a bad day. Made sure to still say please and thank you as much as I could but couldn’t get any words from them the entire time at the window. Gravy was half full didn’t get a large fry like I was charged for. Sounded very irritated and annoyed with me when they did talk to me. Chicken strips were tiny….normally it’s an amazing 5 star experience here but this morning was the complete opposite. Not sure what’s going on with the employees this morning but maybe show them a bit of anger management skills or emotion control skills? Worked 8 years in the food industry and totally get having off days but you should never take it out on the customer at least that’s my personal opinion.

Closing staff on 01/18/26 was amazing. A group of 5 of us came in pretty late and ordered, we thought it closed at 10. They still served us and were great! Thanks

I went to DQ for a chicken basket. I was surprised at the quality of food and how little they give you for the price you pay. When I went inside the shift lead was super short and you can tell doesn’t have much customer service experience. She rolled her eyes at me, said I don’t know what to tell you. This isn’t the first time I’ve had poor service here, two years ago I ordered a cake and when asked if they write on them the worker got really upset and said no, no one has time for that, which is why I usually skip this one and will go to the DQ on state street in Bismarck. They are always friendly there and the food quality is always good.

I ordered an Oreo blizzard with EXTRA
OREO… and I received a vanilla blizzard with small specks of Oreo… worst of all it didn’t even taste of Oreo at all because there was so little in there. Very upsetting and ridiculous they get away with doing this all the time, charging their customers extra, just to not even put o normal amount in.

Multiple times when ordering the chicken strip basket with gravy the gravy is like water . When brought to their attention was told that’s the way it is sometimes. No offer to exchange or offer another dipping sauce. Going through the drive thru when it’s 90 outside they give you your sundaes but make you go park for your food and wait 10 to 15 minutes. By the time you get to eat your sundae it’s soup. One time they must have made a mistake on my order I waited 20 minutes outside. The manager finally brought my food out and said there was a coupon I. Bag for next time as compensation. When I next tried to use coupon turns out it wasn’t a coupon it was an advertisement bill of the meal deals. Don’t reply with sorry I hope you give us another chance. Done with Dairy Queen

Got served right away. Chicken strips basket was hot and tasty. The s’mores blizzard was good with chocolate ice cream.
