These are literally the best subs I’ve ever had in my life, I just took my wife here because she had never been and it reminded me why this place is so good. The bread is perfect a little crunchy but not too much. Ingredients all fresh and delicious. We sat and enjoyed our meal and I felt like I was floating because my sandwich was so delicious. This place is on a completely different level than your average subway, Jersey mikes, jimmy johns. They are really that good.

They also donate to first responders, it just doesn’t get any better. I’m praying for the day that they make a location in Monroe WA so I can go more often. But for now we stop when we are traveling along i5

Unfortunately, it has been over 10 years since I’ve had firehouse subs. When I got my sub today, it was just like I remembered. Absolutely delicious. The bread doesn’t scratch up your mouth, and the ingredients taste very fresh. I will recommend this place to anyone who wants a filling lunch that’s actually worth what you pay.

I went to pickup my online order. Walk in at my pickup time and was told that they thought someone already picked up that order, but you can check the shelf. No orders were on the shelf. They then realized that they hadn’t even started my order. I wait an additional 10 minutes to get my order made. I got my order and left without checking it. My mistake. I got home to find that the 2 bowls of soup I ordered were cups of soup. I tried to get a refund through the app, but it has to be done through the store. I called the store and was told I would have to give them my credit card information over the phone or come in to get a refund. It was a disappointment experience over all.

I ordered directly through their website for delivery. I did not receive my full order. Katie was VERY rude and aggressive on the phone when I kindly called to sort it out and see what could be done.The first person was very kind but needed to get assistance. I was handed off to Katie who was extremely rude and not professional. She continued to try to rush me off of the phone when I had questions.
I paid a delivery fee and tipped my driver. I understand that they are using a third party delivering company these things happen. I am just baffled at the way that Katie handled this. I get it if there are certain rules, it’s a bummer that they were requiring me to come to the store when I was at work and got it delivered for that specific reason.
She had a very condescending and annoyed tone. She even snapped at me several times. I was not being irrational, rude or any of that nonsense. I was very kind as I also work in customer service so I always try to be kind to those I’m interacting with. I understand that it can get busy. However, if it’s too busy to handle a phone call, maybe let it ring or place them on hold instead of answering the phone when slammed and then being absolutely rude.

Food is generally good and accurate. But the way that this was handled with lack of professionalism, the lack of common courtesy, consideration and kindness was really frustrating. I had to remove stars based on customer service from this experience.

I went through the drive through, ordered a large smokehouse cheddar. Got the sandwich drove to work and it was the wrong order.

They’re response on the phone, “You can dive back and we’ll replace it” I’m at work how can I drive back.

They are going to make me a new one tomorrow that’s all they can do as anything else is against the rules. The “rules” are what the owner does or does not do, the owner should always do the right thing and in this case would be replace the sandwich and credit a second one due to the error.

Completely unacceptable response to a wrong order. I’m glad the owner doesn’t have to work without food for lunch. Maybe they will eventually learn how to make things right with their customers, highly unlikely for this person though.

One of the most disappointing visits. Sadly, I don’t think I’ll ever go back to this chain if the removal of amazing hot sauces is now corporate policy. Your SAUCES were what set you apart from other sandwich shops. THAT is what made you guys better and different. But sadly I paid $70 for 4 medium combos today, and for WHAT?? Even the sandwich quality has gone downhill.
I hope the Firemen who founded this place are pissed, because for what it’s turned into is a disgrace.

Zero stars if I could.
We stopped to grab to go order just after 4pm on a Saturday. The place was empty.
The entire dining room was disgusting. Floors and tables are covered in crumbs. The drink station was a hot mess with sticky stuff all over the lids. Drink machine was dirty. Trash can was overflowing.
Filed a complaint. Got a call from a manager that used every excuse in the book to justify the dirtiness of the store. No resolution has been offered.
Will not be visiting this location again.

Sandwiches are usually good but the sides are terrible. Chili was like dog food. Dry and crumbly and tasteless. Not what you would think to be chili. Mac n cheese was the same.
