So is this how we serve large fries? By hiding the half filled fries order and covering it w napkins so when I got home I wouldn’t notice half the fries missing?! There was nobody in line. How do you guys have 3 ppl on staff including the manager and yall serve this?
This is why I quit going to corporate entities. Yall deserve to be shut down and allow an actual small business that cares about the ppl and food to take yalls space.
This ain’t the first time either…. But it will be my last.
Whoever was working during the mid day hrs from 12-3pm. Since they didn’t give me my itemized receipt w the employees name on it.

Whopper was ok, but not great. Fries were fine. Bathroom is gross. It’s shared with the gas station. No ketchup or napkins at the drink station. Overall a little disappointing.

I went inside, 3 people(hispanic)walked by including the manager and no one greeted me(black). I stood there for a good 5min. A lady came from the back(her 3rd time passing me) she called for another worker to come up and take my order. She came and asked what can she get me. She looked as though she didn’t want to take my order. I had coupons so she called the manager over she rushed off and he finished taking my order. He was pleasant but stale faced(no expression). I waited for my order for over 30m. They did all of their drive thru orders then the manager finally came up and said I would be waiting hes making fresh food. Ok great no worries, i have time. A dasher came in(he was hispanic) and they all greeted him immediately and gave him the food no problem. I laughed. A white man came in, they even greeted him and no one had to tell anyone to take his order. I finally get my order and half of the food was fresh, fries were cold they forgot an item, didn’t offer me sauce. I was polite I smiled and being nice doesn’t mean people will be nice in return. I went back at the end of the month in the drive thru and the manager was rude to me. I started going to the further BK from my house now…

I’ve tried going here several times and either they are closed early or they can not take orders due to their system yet both times I’ve been told that I go around the corner and they have two cars at the window waiting for their order. And like right now it’s 9:20 they don’t close till midnight so it’s not like they are just saying that so they can close early so I am giving up on this place

This location is joined with the gas station. The interior is small but allows for about 30 persons total to eat in. During the lunch rush the food was given fast and the temperature was hot. They are cheap with condiments and the self-serve ketchup is disabled. When you go up to the counter to ask for some they give you only a few packets. The older style soda fountain works fine. Overall it’s an ok BK location but needs improvement.

Forgive for the long synopsis.Ok, I haven’t been to BK in years, and decided today I wanted something different. I pull up to the drive-thru and begin looking at the menu. I was greeted immediately, and of course, since I haven’t been here in years, I needed a little time to preview the menu. The guy on the speaker was so polite and patience. I ordered the classic combo with strawberry lemonade, and chocolate chip cookies. I asked him were the cookies soft, he told me to come around to the drive-thru, and let me touch to see if I wanted them. When I got home, everything was fresh, hot and delicious. I will be back to your location! Thank you!!!
