I do online orders.
I went closer to when they opened months ago and the food felt fresh but now it’s declining in quality. I was very disappointed in the rice and beans side. It was dry and very little amount of it. It’s such a cheap item and charge so much and they gave so little of it. The small container was halfway full when I got it. The gravy was one third filled, too.
The chicken was alright.
I did try chicken tenders at one point and that was pretty disgusting. I ordered the blackened but they said it was not available so they offered regular or spicy. I got the spicy. They were flavorless.

Ordered their box combo that came with Chicken tenders and cheesy bites. This is what i got. The breading was súper hard and stale. Cheesy bites were black and extremely over salty. Would not recomend at all. Please stop Servíng this to people.

This is by far the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to — and I’ve been to many!
First, they refused to honor any of the special combo deals. I showed them the $6.99 Big Box Combo offer, and they just said it couldn’t be used. Fine, whatever — since I was already there, I decided to order the $8.99 2-piece meal instead.
I specifically told them I wanted two thighs. Guess what I got? Two tiny drumsticks that looked like kids’ portions! Totally ridiculous. For almost $15 after tax, this was such a disappointment.
Avoid this location if you can. Terrible service and even worse portions.

Service was decent, workers looked clueless & the food was very sad. My biscuit was hard & burnt. I kept hitting it on the table & it still didn’t crack or break. The chicken tenders were very thin & small, some pieces even burnt. My chicken was also very oily & sticky in the middle. The drinks were watered down as well. I had higher hopes especially since it is a new grand opening location.

Horrible experience, went in to order the $6 box I saw advertised on TV the day before. That somehow the employees never seem to find (same thing happened at Pico Rivera location) instead I was being offered meals that I wasn’t asking for. Their system seems to be set up so they can do more up selling, for Isaiah tried really hard to find it which he never did, his service was the only good thing about my experience, very friendly and polite. Either way I’m done with Popeye’s.

There is no chicken in the tenders not joking, tenders are hard to chew u need good teeth $30 buks for hard flour tenders. If you want to take chicken tenders to your granny dont do it I repeat do not do it.

I ordered an 8 peice family meal and what I got was one breast and 7wings smh.. all for over 30$ the food is good but for wings I’d of gone to wing stop first . Disappointed to say the least the price is not worth it..
