Pizza was good but customer service was bad!! Joshua was ignoring me and I thought about leaving without ordering. And the worst part of all was after I ordered and paid, instead of handing me my food so I could get out of there, he walked away to take order from people behind me! That was so stupid of Joshua! He needs to find a new line of employment!

So I went to the counter to order two 14′ pizzas there the lady working there hesitantly told me sorry we’re out of pizza dough, based of her reply I knew she was full of it, I replied ok thank you,
After I left and walked away I order the pizzas from door dash from the same location for pickup, the order was excepted and low and behold the pizza dough resurfaced I waited for the order to be complete once I approached the counter to receive my order she said sorry we’re closed I said yes I’m here for the pick up door dash order she knew at that point I knew she was full of it. I suggest you fire her stat if you think Sbarro can’t be replaced at freedom crossing on fort bliss ask pizza hut by the bowling alley not sure of her name but I placed the order at 4pm 1/19/2026

This location is over charging military soldiers daily there Stromboli combo is listed for $12.49 but they are charging $15.57 I asked the cashier and she said it was tax I said that still shouldn’t come out to this price then she said I don’t know. For one this is false advertisement 2 your actually commenting theft and 3rd guess you need to hire workers that don’t over charge military folds daily has been reported to the BBB and someone should look into this.
