Bread was so dry I had to throw it away and just eat the turkey. I’ve noticed this has been happening the last few visits. I was told that bread is baked fresh every morning, but this was unacceptable. I overheard a lady in line also remark that her bread was stale. C’mon guys, keep the bread fresh. I will be watching closely from now on.

6/21/25 — We went in to eat at 3:10 in the afternoon. The place was absolutely trashed. Food all over the tables and floors. The counters were wet and dirty. The garbage was overflowing, and the bathroom was also very dirty. The counter where they make the sandwiches was messy and dirty. Every single worker there was either on their phone, eating, or just standing around. I love Jersey Mike’s, but unfortunately, I will not visit this location again.

I’ve only eaten at 2. One in Duluth and this one the one in Duluth had way more me than this overall it was a good sandwich, could you use a little more meat and fresher bread.

They were very busy , but they just kept moving and serving their customers with a smile. And the only reason I gave a 4 for atmosphere is because 1 gentleman was just sitting at a table for 4 and people couldn’t get a seat

Came in and it was very busy. Despite them being busy each customer was greeted and I felt welcomed in and all the employees were happy to be there and nice to each customer. This was my first time at a jersey mikes and I will be returning. The food was also delicious. Great job you guys!

Saw this’s new store location and stopped at 2:10 on a Wednesday afternoon. Crowded location but the line moved quickly and despite many people in front of me and online orders I had my fresh made sandwich quickly.
The dining room is nice with several places to sit without being in the way of customers entering and the line. Very clean and good volume level.

Went on the day they opened about 7pm, plenty of staff working (5 not including the delivery driver who was making subs when she wasn’t delivering) the staff was friendly and helpful. You could tell that some were still learning the menu but everyone was helping each other out. There was a couple other people waiting for food but I was in and out in 5 minutes, and the food was great. Will definitely be back! Keep up the great work!

Ordered subs to feed about 50 students. Was very impressed! Our order was prepared on time and with extreme care! Condiments on the side, ( little oil and vinegar bottles are so cute)
When picking up the order, got helped bringing order to the car. Staff is super friendly and helpful! Will be ordering from here again 🙂
