just went throught the drive through ordered two meals had to pull up and waited 20 minutes for my food when I get home everything was cold I got nuggets that looked old as dirt and only got 3 tiny nuggets with no meat on them and one tender made into a nugget. Was a 5 piece nugget My sandwich didn’t have pickles on it when it should have. And the Mac and cheese bowl had 4 nuggets in it that was hard. Tried calling the store no answer worst place ever will not be returning!!!

I ordered my food at 6:16 I was told they only had white meat so I asked for 2 breast and a wing, they fix people orders that ordered after I ordered I waited for 25 minutes so I asked for a refund. I also let the so called manager know that he was taking people money with the same gloves on that he packed the food with he told me that he had tongues,I then told him he wasn’t using them because I stood there and watched him pick up chicken with same gloves on. After I asked for a refund he hesitated to refund my money so I told him I was taking the food that was in the bag on the counter, he then went behind the food warmers and started to threaten me. He finally refunded me but he laid my money on the counter very unprofessional.

Went in today to pick up an online order and the woman on duty at 4:45 p.m. was very rude. I asked about an online order and sge said she didn’t see it. I said I have a receipt and her response is i don’t go by receipts. Now I understand the order should be on their screen. My only issue is her lack of courtesy. Lack of professionalism. If she is angry about something, which she seems to be, she shouldn’t take it out in customers. A young man who was also there saw me waiting and asked politely what I needed and she cut him off with the same crappy attitude. When my order finally came through, she filled it called my name twice even though I was 4 ft. Away and handed me my food. I said thank you and her snide remark was uh huh. She needs retraining or a new job she wants to be at.

Stopped in about 30 minutes ago, went inside. Chicken wasted. Seriously over cooked. They were not even accepting drive thru orders. At least 3 people working. I definitely think I need a refund! I didn’t buy Chicken jerky! And it tastes as bad as it looks.

Long wait every single time whether there is people in the line or isn’t. Absolutely rude. I was waiting for my order for over an hour, and they kept telling the dasher to wait with no explanation. Customer support was no help, and I was given a whole roundabout answer for the whole “wait until this time”. Don’t even bother with these people.

Hunnie!! Shout out to the afternoon team .I ordered from the drive thru! I had my food as soon as we pulled up to the window to pay.. everything was packed nice and neat!!! The food was hot!!! And the customer service was great she was very patient and kind!! Great job y’all if they don’t give y’all a raise in the near future get 2gther and create your own business!! The dedication and the drive is certainly there!!!

I waited 25 minutes for a small order while being the only customer for most of that time. The chicken tenders were still cooking when I arrived, but no one prepared the rest of the order while waiting. Communication dropped off halfway through, and there was no apology when the food was finally ready. Staff seemed uncoordinated, which slowed things down unnecessarily. This location could benefit from better training and time management.

Well I hope no one orders and expects popcorn chicken. Beware, if you order popcorn chicken you might be lucky to get a blueberry sized piece of chicken with stacks of breading on top! This is a rip off. I wish I could speak to the colonel because this is absolutely unacceptable. Do better.

Arrived at lunch time. There was no ice,and I had to wait for my cup. Worker notified a customer that 2 of their sodas were out. People had to wiat for chicken up to 10 minutes. Because they weren’t prepared for lunch time. It wasn’t that busy. But the food was good.
