So we just moved to the area and heard about this “deli”. I went well before the lunch crowd as I was the only person there. The staff (owners daughter) was very nice. My wife had the steak tenderloin sandwich with caprese side. She was hoping for the tri tip, but they were out. I had the crab panini. Let me say this – it was the best and heartiest crab sandwich I’ve ever had. We will be regulars.

Went here for the second of many-to-come times today. My first visit was with my husband and the owner and his wife were so sweet – and then the food was delicious! I tried the first ever canolli that I LOVED!!! So when I brought my mom back today after an appointment in the business park, I had to order the canollis again for her to try. SOOOO GOOD!

I’ve been in El Dorado Hills for 17 years and have just recently heard about PCP Co. and finally got a chance to come check out the food. My wife and I were not disappointed. She had the boss and I had the meatball sandwich and they were both phenomenal. Mike took our order, and was very welcoming and incredibly friendly. What a great little spot!!! We will definitely be returning and would recommend this place to anyone who appreciates a quality sandwich, or just quality Italian food period!

Tasty sandwiches at this deli tucked away. We had the Italian and Ruben along with a couple side salads I forgot to photo before eating them up. Yum

We found this new Deli behind our shop. I didn’t want to review it because I wanted to keep it a secret but figured I should share it with you all. I had the meatball sub the other day(see pics). The fried raviolis and the tortellini are amazing too. I have not had the pleasure yet, but to eat there would be nice. Indoor & outdoor seats with a real nice atmosphere. The service is super too! ENJOY!

Sandwiches are absolutely loaded with meat, and include a home made side. I opt for caprese salad or fresh fruit (includes blueberries and blackberries during summer). I’ve had the delicious in-house made sourdough roll. The cannoli was incredible! Can’t go wrong here, clean and a cute theme for lunch deli.

Had the meatball sub and the BOSS sandwich—both were super tasty. Highly recommend if you’re in the mood for something hearty. Mike also sets up at the Folsom farmers market, where we picked up his egg pasta noodles and beef ravioli for the first time. Both were really good—we’ll definitely be back for more. And don’t forget to try the homemade potato salad, his wife makes it, and it’s awesome!

Just found this gem a few days ago and now my whole office is hooked! Great food for a great price. Definitely going to be in the regular rotation for lunch during the work week! Sooo delicious

Took over 20 minutes to make a simple Rueben sandwich. The sandwich had hardly any meat on it and the bread was soggy. The owner seemed grumpy and irritated that he had to take my order. I love supporting local businesses but this one is a never again experience for me. I’ve had better food in hospitals. The potato salad was trash too.

Holy CANOLI❣️THE BEST Italian sandwiches this side of the great divide❣️i went with the “Italian boss” & couldn’t have been happier. Freshly baked sourdough bread, mortadella & prescuito, provolone cheese, & topped with all the fixings -& my favorite topper- peppercinis. The Italian Boss with their balsamic drizzle is made true to the Italian art of a fine deli sandwich. The homemade garlic sauce is a perfect touch. My many years long search is over. This is the place, absolutely worth finding it off the beaten path. My friend loved their Wednesday special Baked Chicken Parmesan Sandwich. Everything made to order. Make sure to take an order of CANOLI or Tiera Misu to go home with you for later, you absolutely won’t regret it. There’s no wonder Pacific Coast Pasta Company is rated #1. I’m happy to see a wonderful family owned and operated deli with the warmest of proprietors around. Michael & Claudia, & their daughters are all very nice & engaging, making us feel like family the moment we were welcomed in. Five ⭐’s all the way. Want more? Definitely inquire about their special events held once a month on Saturdays at the deli. I look forward to making it to one of those! Oh!, & if you can’t make it for their lunch hours- do be sure to find their booth at nearby farmers market locations for pastas & sauces. (I’m in love with their lobster ravioli! Yum!) Folsom farmer’s market on Saturday & El Dorado Hills on Sundays. Both are 8-1pm.
