Went there ordered 2 large meals. Didn’t come with fries( simple mistake) but it looks like they made the burger so bad that the mustard was causing the wrapper to rip. I called the manager 3/4/2025 2:08pm ticket number 60035. And didn’t even get a sorry of any sort or bring it back in.( I don’t believe he was the manager even tho I asked her one) 0 out of 5 if that was possible. Being a freshly built place I would think the owner would hire competent people to run that location and not produce bad product.

Worst customer service. 3 people walk by and never acknowledge me. Granted I was the only customer there. I guess you have to use the drive thru to get any food or service. They are too busy jumping around and playing games. The reviews says it all.

Today I did a mobile order. Double Whopper with cheese Meal w/onion rings. Had to pay extra for the onion ring sauce.
I received my order and drove 1 mile down the road to eat.
Hamburger patties cold, cheese not melted, onion ring ice cold and didn’t receive any sauce that I had to pay for. Got in touch with them only to find out that they refuse to refund my money. Only offered a 5.00 dollar coupon.
Never Again and I will make sure I get my refund someway.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
The order was placed correctly through the app, yet we were given the wrong food. When we went back to have it fixed, the employee didn’t remake the burgers—he picked toppings off and handed them back unwrapped, which is disgusting and completely unacceptable from a food safety standpoint.
When I asked for the order to be properly remade, I was laughed at, talked down to, and treated with open disrespect. The employee made it very clear he does not care about customers at all—he even stated he was only concerned with his own happiness. If that’s his mindset, he has no business working in food service, let alone dealing with customers.
The only reason this place isn’t getting zero stars is the manager. She was professional, respectful, and clearly trying to keep the place from falling apart. Without her, this location would be an absolute disaster.
If you value basic food safety and being treated like a human being, think twice before coming here.

This location consistently is very slow and it appears the people making the burgers don’t know what is supposed to come on them. Dbl cheeseburgers served without pickles on several occasions and only 1 slice of cheese instead of 2. Back of house employees should spend less time with loud banter/chit chat that echoes through dining room and pay attention to what their doing.

The drive thru is usually a wait… One day they gave me old meat and fresh meat on different burgers that were the same … Yes hot patty one and the other was soggy and depleted, gross! They don’t know how to not add ketchup on my burgers or someone is color blind like at McDonald’s at Deer Park. Quality over Quantity is my request thanks

There’s a couple young guys and a female manager that’s been there a while. The female manager does not have control of her crew. I ordered a regular sandwich. Got one with only mayo and lettuce. Brought it back and they ask me for the sandwich back and then add the missing toppings to my old cold sandwich. You can’t make this up. Food tasted horrible. When will companies start paying enough to get decent employees?

Ginger kid named Joey was rude as hell. He gave my sister and her frind the wrong orders, made them wait for the orders, and him and his coworkers called my sisted and her friend stupid for being confused (mind you they are both in middle school and didnt say anything to them.) this is a trash restaurant. Manager spent her whole time during my stay scolding other customers and humiliating them in front of many several different customers. Lobby is halfway packed and she’s still going off on them. Shameful she treats them this way instead of just helping out and maybe leading by example. Won’t be coming back.
