El Togoroz is a little place in Vallejo that is pretty close to the definition of hidden gem. The food is great, the people are nice. They only take payments through cash or zelle. They also really only speak Spanish, but if you know how to say a few words, or are winning to middle through, this place is in well worth it.

Great food, I ordered the yuca con chicharon , pupusas and the rellenitis de platano , everything was so good!! The prices are competitive, Anna the server was very kind , we have a excellent experience.
I am editing this review, everything i said before is not accurate any more too bad, I thought that I found out a good place , went back there a couple months ago ordered a shrimp cocktail i got food poisoning, at first i taste too much lemon juice, they do that to disguise the spoiled shrimp people my wife and kids try my cocktail 20 minutes later the kids were vomiting, stay away from their seafood everything else was good, not coming back because of this bad experience sorry….

Never coming here ever again. The food was just not even good and took way to long almost 2 hours . The place is just so nasty overall the condition of the place is absolutely atrocious went to the back to the restroom and seen what they were serving us on the floor with fly’s in it .
