The experience started great, I was enquiring about two dishes as it was my first time at the restaurant. I was recommended the Duck Pho, when the dish came I was didn’t like it and requested for it to be changed. The staff member told me that I couldn’t change the dish. I was fine with that as I know not all restaurants allow a change of dish if you simply don’t like it.
The experience took a turn for the worst, when someone maybe a manager came to the table to over explain as to why he won’t change the dish and I would still need to pay for it. He spent about 10 minutes at my table even after I told him that I have no problem paying for the food and I would like to order an alternative at this point he refused as he’s said ‘He cannot be sure” I would like my alternative therefore he is not offering me a choice to order something else off the menu.
I have attached a picture of the food that I was offered to take as a take away. I feel very upset about my experience. I wouldn’t go back based of the customer service of the staff.

Lovely quiet restaurant, we went just after lunch time, it was a lovely atmosphere with nice decor and dishes. The staff were outstanding, very attentive and friendly the whole experience. The food was amazing, definitely big portions but there are take away bags and pots so this isn’t an issue and is great value compared to other big chains. I’d highly reccomend going to this little restaurant.

I’m a regular customer and visit this place often, and the food has always been consistently delicious. No matter what I order, the quality never disappoints, and everything is well prepared and flavorful.
The prices are very reasonable, it feels like good value for money
Overall, it’s a place I can trust for a satisfying meal, and I’m always happy with my experience here.

Delicious, authentic, Vietnamese in a great little street off the river in Kingston. Has a different feel to other places in same area. Food is delicious and very generous in portion. We will definitely return, keep up the great work!!

3.5⭐ really. Hit and miss on the menu, if you like it spicy ask for more spice.
A nice location, has both indoor and outdoor (limited) seating, not far from the river. Inside is well decorated. 1 unisex toilet with baby changing.
Both of the Thai drinks we tried were amazing, definitely give them a go.
The Singapore noodles were very bland and not really spicy at all. Very disappointing (thought that was hard to mess up). The (cold) chicken noodles were good though, great flavor from the chicken and veg, good mix of textures.
Unfortunately the waiter got our food order wrong (although this quickly rectified). note that a service charge for 12% is auto added to the bill.

Delicious noodle soups! The broth has an amazing flavour and service is excellent. Quite often a wait for a table but it is worth it. Very reasonably priced too.

Positives – Good vegan options and taste. Great portion sizes, friendly staff, feels authentic Vietnamese. Reasonably priced.
Constructive – all tables are unadjustable so you can have 2 people on a table or 6 without being able to be rearranged. This can cause unnecessary queues, I’d recommend adjustable tables.

Never misses the mark! All the dishes I’ve tried have been delicious – summer rolls, chicken pho, honey grilled pork, tamarind salmon. Casual atmosphere but suits a laidback lunch or evening meal. Attentive enough service, have always felt welcome, even on busier occasions. A must visit restaurant in Kingston.

The food here is delicious and authentic. I’ve been here multiple times and it’s one of my go to places to have dinner, out. I highly recommend the Stir Fried Glass noodles dish with beef as well as any Pho. The portions are also a great size and the staff is always kind, friendly and quick.
