We visit Siesta Key every year and this is an absolute favourite!! Chef Alex and server Kathy are phenomenal. We just had an excellent meal with mouth watering crispy brussels sprouts off the appetizer menu. My husband will be dreaming of the crispy chicken sandwich until our next visit! You have to come here! Paired with a Calusa brew… nothing better. (Brussels sprouts and the pigfish salad pictured) so good!

These people get it! The food is made with love. They make the croutons. They have a mojo aioli. The Brussels sprouts are the best we have ever had. Two great businesses working together to provide the community with some of the best food and beer the area has to offer. You’d be hard pressed to find another place like it anywhere, let alone in the area. Been here so many times and haven’t had anything less than great, most of the offerings are excellent ! I don’t even like hush puppies, yet these folks make me love them. We always get more than we think we’re going to, because it’s consistently delicious. The customer service, food, and overall experience are tops. Try the Fried Green Tomatoes! I hope this business is around for decades to come.

We come to Calusa at least once a week, and love eating Pigfish every time!! Everything on the menu is so good, I promise you can’t go wrong with anything! I am obsessed with the pickled veggies and the fried shrimp, but love to try their specials when they have them. Our server, Kathy is always so friendly and always has a smile on her face! Every visit is an absolute treat!!

Somewhat self service as you need to go to the counter to order your food. However, the staff is very friendly, so they take your order, and then deliver the prepared food to your table. This visit was ‘takeout’, and the staff loaded the dinner into a paper bag (recylable). A beanburger into its own little box, along with the steak fries, then a small salad, and a separate little bag for a thick, chocolate chip cookie (desert), and finally, a can of lemonade wrapped in a plastic (protective) bag. Reasonable pricing, easy parking, and well, be sure to stop by and get treated.

Pigfish. OH. EM. GEE. Pigfish is absolutely amazing! We stopped at the new Calusa Brewing location and beyond having amazing beers, we needed to get some amazing food to match! The food came out fast, but you can tell everything was made in house and super fresh. Kathy is an absolute gem as well. She’ll take really good care of you!

Absolutely loved my first time at Calusa/The Pigfish. IPA’s were absolutely delicious, smooth, and not too sweet. The Pigfish food was very reasonably priced, and tasted incredible. Our server Kathy was incredibly helpful and so sweet and we will definitely be back… perhaps next weekend! ☺️
