The McDonald’s located in Abrams, Wisconsin is a very good McDonald’s. This restaurant is very clean. The bathrooms are very clean. The employees are friendly. The food is good. The ice cream cones are only 59 cents a piece. You can’t beat that. We will stop here again. We highly recommend this location.

We stop her often but this time and the last visit were not good. Our mcdouble was missing half the burger pattry and the last time there was only 1 patty. We check it this time before leaving and asked for a new one and when we git it the cheese was not melted and the burger was cold

Despite being dead as a doornail the individuals working drive through failed to include a single sauce with my food, in spite of me ordering ahead with the app.
Eat at the adjacent Arby’s or drive to a McDonald’s manned by competent individuals. Because the McDonald’s in Abrams is ANYTHING but competent.

Place was a mess!! Fries all over floor!! Straws no where to be found. I get it. Might be short handed. But cmon. Sweep the floor and have better customer service. Had to interrupt worker to get their attention. Wasn’t impressed. Waited 30 min for my app order. Nuts?! That’s slow food. Not fast food. Do better please!

I stopped here at 7:00 on a Sunday night and ordered just a coke. There was only 1 car in front of me and after waiting about 10 minutes for someone to actually take their money/bring the food they drove away. I waited at the window another 5ish minutes and watched people walk.back and forth bit not a single person came to the window. I eventually jusy drove away, not sure what happened with the other 3 cars in line behind me. Absolutely ridiculous.

I ordered a Bacon McDonald with only Lettuce and one of the dude just put only lettuce, a patty and a bun..?? Where’s the cheese it? Where’s the bacon at?
Also the girl from the drive thru to the “first window” never gave the receipt and just shut’s the door.
FYI, they also never gave my double cheese burger when I ordered along. Come on now.

Stopped here on my way home to get food for the kids. They rushed me through my order (was not busy at all). When i got to the window a girl with short hair and braces asked if i cant pronounce my name”P”s. They gave me an apple juice with no straw and forgot a kids meal. Usually its not so bad at that location but this time it was terrible. All children working. No remorse. And disrespectful.
