Reviews
not all delivery drivers steal food from a restaurant, and ya’ll need to remember that with your behavior since we’re not just servicing uber but your restaurant as well with getting your orders from one place to another. and based on this absolutely shameful experience with treatment as a delivery driver, i can only imagine how your actual customers are treated. i will not be back as a delivery driver from
here and most especially not as a paying customer and i darn sure won’t be recommending this place to any friends.
We ordered sushi from you through the Uber Eats app. There are no complaints whatsoever, everything is excellent and on time for delivery.
But you guys do disgusting service!
-you didn’t put a chopstick or a napkin in the bag
-the rolls look horrible
-I found a plastic in the sushi (see photo)
Recommendation:
recommend that the owner hire qualified staff and in general I recommend that you go to Japan and learn how sushi should look like
Ambiance I think the same like plastic in our food
Update: this sushi has made me very sick. I’ve been vomiting and feel awful.
Crab rangoons – They were completely inedible. They were beyond over fried to the point that the two that had any filling was just black burnt bits with a tiny bit of white left. Most had the filling, if there was any to start with, had been cooked out. The wontons had turned dark brown instead of the golden brown you would expect and opened up. I tried a piece of one that had a tiny bit of the filling left it tasted like dirty oil with a hint of burning. I used to work as a line cook (also went to culinary school) and I can’t believe these made it out of the kitchen. Seriously one of the worst things I have ever been served at a restaurant. I just can’t believe someone looked at them and went clearly burnt, falling apart, filling completely gone or burnt to crust yeah let’s send those out.
California roll – Was okay, nothing special but nothing wrong. Other then the crab Rangoon’s had been packed right on top of them so they were warm. But that’s a risk you take with delivery.
Spider roll – I’m not sure what they fried to put inside the roll as only one piece had anything in it that could be recognized as crab. The fried soft shell was all burnt batter that like the crab Rangoon’s tasted like dirty oil. I pulled the “soft shell crab” out a middle piece of the roll and took a photo to show what I am talking about.
Hawaii Dragon Roll – Very good no issues.
