I ordered a chicken little combo tonight both my sandwich and fries were hot and fresh! The young ladies inside appearance was top tier and everyone was working together as a team. Special thanks to the young lady who prepared my food it was perfect.

I’m extremely upset about what happened at this KFC on the evening of January 23.
My coworker and I stopped by and ordered burgers. My coworker ordered first, then I ordered right after. There was a man waiting behind us. My coworker’s burger came out, but mine never did. After a long time, the man who was behind us received his order. Then a woman came in with her child and placed an order — and even her food came out before mine.
At that point I went to the counter and asked about my order. Only then did they start making it, as if my order had been ignored or forgotten. This is not acceptable. Honestly, it felt like I was being treated differently because I’m Asian, and it came across as racial discrimination.
To make it worse, when I finally received the burger, the bun was cold while the chicken was hot. I took a few bites and threw half of it away. Is it normal for the bun to be served cold? The only thing that was okay was the Pepsi.
No customer should be treated this way.

Worst KFC ever. The young lady at the window was not present. No thank you have a nice day, no recipe.Half the drinks on the menu was out.Food was trouble. More gravey then mashed potatoes. I have no idea whats going on with this chicken . And the biscuit OMG.This KFC should be closed down today. Or a major makeover. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I went through the drive through. The girl at the window was so pleasant and sweet. I got the 74 (i think it was) 2 little chicken sandwiches, fries and a Pepsi. The chicken sandwiches were ok, the mayo on it didn’t taste right. The fries were awful. Not warm at all and stale. Kinda hard.

The chicken sandwich war continues. This time tried the new KFC Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo.
As you can see no skimping on the pickles. The chicken breast was tender and a good size. Strange shape but tasted very good. It had a good crust and only one small spot of undercooked coating. I like spicy and the sauce used is far spicier than expected. Almost on the border for some but delicious. Fry’s were tasty and have a spicy coating. Will say they gave me too many, which is rare these days. Overall a good addition to the sandwich wars.

Probably the dirtiest fast food restaurant i’ve ever been in, i’ve waited at the counter for fifteen minutes for them to tell me they were out of chicken, i went across the street to zaxbys and got friendly fast service.

I purchasing a family 10 piece. I checked my order and chicken was hard and old (dried out). They replaced it. When I got home the biscuits were hard as a rock and had to be thrown away, potatoes were worse then instant potatoes. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

Hwy 64 – Lakeland Tn KFC- Wrong Orders, No Refunds- Poor Customer Service- Everytime that I come to this location , they never have fresh Chicken, and My order is always extremely Greasy!!!!!! Never have a Manager on duty to refund your order
