This is a very clean and inviting place to eat for some delicious new original recipe chicken strips! The food was hot and staff was so kind! There was an error in our order but helped out to make it right! I am thankful for not being rude and easy to talk to get it correct! That is great great customer service!!!

I went through the drive through at 5:00 on November 4th. Ordered 12 piece dark. Original but person taking order claimed didn’t have 12 original so I agreed on mic of crispy & original. Got home & was all original. The thighs were half raw. Noticed after eating one. Thursday morning ended up with food poisoning. Never will I ever go to KFC again. Especially on north 84th st.

Got the 2-piece chicken meal for under $6 after tax. It came with a biscuit and mashed potatoes. Great deal. Service was so fast via the drive-thru. I got the crispy version and they were criiiispy. Also tasted great with the KFC sauce, which is almost like a tangy ranch sauce. Mmmm. I definitely got my fried chicken fix here.

Visited this KFC drive through on North 86th St. on Sunday night this past weekend and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Our special order was incomplete, paid extra for missing items, and the staff seemed indifferent. Definitely not worth the price.

I was very disappointed with the service and the food quality tonight. Went through drive through to get the $25 Special and they wanted to charge me $45. So I just went in and they DID give me the special but there was ONLY one breast and we didn’t get what sides we asked for…… toooo many mashed potatoes…. And forgot the Mac n cheese side . We notice this when we got home. Bad night I’m sure but felt you needed to know

We went through the drive thru and ordered, and the person did a great job. They were cheery, and helpful, and patient. We ordered a 4 piece meal, and a something(I can’t remember the name of it) bowl, and both were delicious. Chicken was crispy, and the bowl nice and toasty. The food was ready fast and correctly, and the last at the window, who also took the order was very nice as well. Top tier service, great job guys

KFC in Lincoln no longer resembles any type of KFC. When the best thing about the meal is the sysco-delivered cole slaw, there’s a problem.
When a chicken bone is found in a bite of their pot pie and their apple pie poppers are colder than ice there’s a bigger problem.

First of all, the sporks smell so bad of chemicals!! My biscuit looked like it got mauled by something, in a pile on my plate. Salt shakers produced no salt, I know because of humidity, but they were out of salt packs too. Chicken was good.
