Came here tonight and got fried rice and a Philly. Unfortunately while leaving, someone ran out and caused us to break and all of the fried rice to fall out all over our car. We went in to see if it could be remade. We had photo evidence that it was spilled and we didn’t eat any of it. Unfortunately the owner would only remake what was returned. While I see where they are coming from, it felt like a low move and caused us in the end to lose money. The workers there were great but it seems like the management is slightly cheap and doesn’t care to make the customer happy. The food itself is really really good and if this hadn’t happened they would’ve gotten a 5 star review but sadly this happened and I have to give it a 2.

The lady was nice tonight. I ordered late and online for pick up. I guess compared to all the other good reviews it’s best not to order online the last hour of their day. I received the worst gyro I have even eaten in my life. This was my first time going there and I most likely will not go back. It was atrocious.

If I could rate it a ZERO I would !!! This is my second time ordering food from the one on college st & it’s disgusting !! How do you mess up lemon pepper wings !!? 2nd time I tried I got a Philly and they gave me the wrong cheese & unseasoned ! I took my food back & she said she could give me $4 cause I only brought half. She also cussed me out and said to never come back like wow great customer service ! OPELIKA IS WAYY BETTER PLEASE don’t eat here

Very clean restaurant! This is by far the cleanest location I’ve ever visited—and I’ve been to the one in Tuskegee and three in Montgomery. The customer service was top-tier, and the staff looked professional and weren’t touching everything unnecessarily. The food was fresh, hot, and made to order. I’ll gladly make this 45-minute drive anytime I’m craving a Philly and wings! Also, it did not smell like a dead animal like the other ones do!!

Horrible experience, very dirty inside, employees eating food while taking order, to include licking fingers and handing me my meal which was the insult to injury after waiting an extra 30 min for an online order. Such a shame; can’t wait to see what restaurant takes its place soon, this place is sad WNB wannabe
