Drinks were not labeled And had no ice. Burritos were not labeled And the quesadilla wasn’t cut. Also, drive-through person was slow And didn’t seem like they could pay attention to what was on the screen when it came to the drinks we had to ask multiple times For our drink pack to be completed. Never going back.

Sandy in the drive-through was great. I ordered a small taco salad and a beefy crunchy burrito. Both were so darn good. I know I’ll be back. Kudos to you guys with a great attitude and great food. Great location, easy to get in there and easy to get out at the corner of a major intersection.

What happened to Taco Bell? I’ve been to them for years, and not only did the price go up, but the quality came down. I ordered guacamole and sour cream on my pizzas, but they’re missing. The hot sauce packages were also missing. And, where are the chicken and add-on steaks that I ordered?! They weren’t even busy.

Holy moly, where do I begin. Long story short, let’s just say I had a bad experience through the Taco Bell app… Ended up having to call in to the location, and Alex met my frustration with kindness and won. He truly deescalated the situation. Tried to help even though it was out of his control, and was willing to have my missing items ready for me if I decided I wanted to swing by. Any company would be honored to have Alex working for them. Thank you, Alex, for listening to me and doing your absolute best to find a solution.
Okay so that was for Alex. Now, this is for Taco Bell. Stop outsourcing your deliveries to DoorDash! Or start to require photos in the Taco Bell App of the completed order. I have had instances up to 5 times now, where my food gets to my door, and my drinks do not. The delivery drivers are drinking my drinks, and it ain’t cool when I’m baked trying to enjoy my night with a large Pepsi and Mountain Dew Baja blast freeze, and I know for a fact these Door Dashers are sitting in their cars enjoying it after a long day of driving. Please, seriously it does not take a rocket scientist to require a photo for a completed delivery. Because the work is outsourced the delivery is not connected to my DoorDash App and I will not be provided a photo nor will Taco Bell or DoorDash corporate. It is completely up to that driver if they want a free drink or not. Fix the process. Wake up TACO BELL WAKE UP!

I regularly visit this taco bell and let me tell ya nobody works harder than the night crew. Diego, Jake, and the guys absolutely KILL it every time.
I’m not sure many people realize, but it can get fairly busy very randomly. And those gentlemen and the team do a great job. And they deal with a lot, not just the rush, but they deal with the brunt of the worst of the worst customers and those that make it easy.
This is probably the best Taco Bell in the valley, I’ll make sure to always swing by at night to ensure I get the best possible service from the guys are hustling every day!

I don’t like writing bad reviews, but this experience was awful. The drive thru line was a bit long so I went in. You have to order on a screen which had a huge ad for the Mexican Pizza that was just brought back. But the Mexican pizza wasn’t on the menu. I asked and the lady checked. “You have to order that on the counter. They removed it from the electronic menu and the app because too many people were ordering it.” She then began complaining about her day to me.
That wasn’t too bad. So I ordered with her and noticed 5 people waiting for orders. 28 minutes later I got my order. More than one employee loudly complained about their job, about the customers…
I will not be visiting this Taco Bell again.

I ordered 2 of the $5 box dinner plates and they were so bad we couldn’t eat them. They also charged me $16.00 for the 2-$5 boxes. I won’t be going back and I’m letting all my friends know what they will get . I used to like Taco Bell but NO longer

Specialty: extreme food poisoning! I ate the contents from the 7 dollar box and had the orange freeze drink and I ended up getting the worst most painful and agonizing food poisoning in my life. Avoid this location. This was the only thing I ate last night too and I barely think I will make it out of this with such a bad immune system. FOOD POISONING. AVOID AVOID AVOID SOS!!!!
