I just want to specifically call out one person, she is so thoughtful… I placed my order, asked about “wraps”, which they haven’t sold in forever. I meant the little sandwiches and corrected myself when I paid. She said do you want one? I said no, I’m okay but thank you.
Then when I got home, I realized she put one in my bag! No charge, just an extremely thoughtful gesture. I hope she’s working next time I’m visiting my mom, I’ll be in for sure and want to show proper thanks.

This was my first stop inside because my son wanted KFC for his birthday. The workers were incredibly patient with us as my son had a little meltdown over what he wanted. Food was clearly already done and being kept warm. My son didn’t seem to find any issues with it. The pop area was fine besides a little messy.

The food I ordered was great and freshly made! However I ordered it at 6 on the app and the app said it would be ready by 6:25. I got there and the app was telling me my order was done! But my order wasn’t ready, I ended up having to wait until about 6:50 for my food. However the staff was very apologetic and gave me a free drink to help make up the for inconvenience. I appreciated their hospitality and kindness and the chicken they gave me was served to me fresh and hot!

I stopped in this location yesterday evening around 6:00 p.m. you would have thought that that was the dinner hour and they will be making fresh chicken. I got the two piece dark meat $6 deal and the french fries were dark dark brown. It looked like they had been a re-dropped as opposed to making new ones. The chicken was extremely dark on the outside and dry as a bone on the inside! It was literally unedible! When I called to complain about it, all I got was an apology. No offer to replace it with decent chicken. I was told that I should have brought it back into the store and they would have replaced it. When I opened the box and realized what I had, I was already 40 minutes away from the store so I couldn’t have taken it back!! I’m really disappointed that they didn’t offer to make it right!! I typically love KFC and wanted to give them an opportunity to redeem themselves but it didn’t happen! I’m left still craving a good piece of chicken!!

Great kfc but when it comes down to anything but original I’m always disappointed the flavors are never as good as what they look like or use to taste like. This last round is the worst Nashville hot tenders I’ve ever had it was nothing but a salt bbq flavor ? How idk and very dry . You can do better guys.
