Service was good. The man at the front helped me quickly and politely. However, it took a while to get my food and the attached image is their idea of a “chicken finger” which seems more like a nugget. Entire building smelled weird.

Went through drive thru, ordered my food, girl seemed to be having an issue with her attitude. Once getting to the window I realized I made a mistake ordering and asked if it was too late to remove an ingredient. First girl was polite and went to check and informed me it was too late and it would have to be remade. Before I could get my next words out the other girl behind her became extremely rude and disrespectful saying I never told them to take it off, to which I said I know I was simply asking a question and did NOT need an order of attitude! I paid for my crappy put together order and it threw it away. Absolutely ridiculous.

I’ve had great food and service from here so today was disappointing. After arriving for curbside pick up, I notified through the app I was here. Waited about 10 minutes and no one came out with my food. Decided I would walk in a pick it up my self, no one acknowledged me and I had to get it my self from the shelf. I ordered a large nibbler meal. Didn’t really seem like I got the large fry I paid for. The bread of the nibblers were so dry I gagged from the texture. It was like someone had left them out overnight. I likely won’t be returning to this Zaxbys, and I would absolutely not recommend the one on victory.

I came in to dine in with my family and the girl at the front counter with the eyebrow piercing was so nice and understanding. Me and my family came from Minnesota and we had never been to to Zaxbys and she was very helpful. Would definitely come back to this location.

Drive thru girl was really nice, wait wasn’t long but got all the way to realize my 10-year-olds kids meal didn’t come with any chicken.. just like five French fries and a Rice Krispie treat? Sucks when you go to Zaxbys so you don’t have to worry about dinner, but end up having to worry about it anyway.

I ordered a kids meal and after finished the drink I noticed some dark inside. Took the ice out and there it was looking like a dead bug or piece of a dead bug dead something. So this lets me know that however makes the drink at the drive didn’t even look inside the cup before filling otherwise they would’ve seen this. I’m start to feel type of way. And pray I don’t get sick behind whatever this is. Can someone tell me what this is please?

DO NOT GO HERE! This is the saddest Zaxbys ever 🙁 It’s drive-thru only. The employees have locked the doors to go inside the building and they’ll “get to you when they feel like it.” There is a long line of cars and poor door dashers standing outside waiting for any type of assistance. All of my food was dry and overcooked. If you’re looking for that tender, juicy chicken Zaxbys normally provides, you won’t get that here. It’s not worth the 30 min wait to get rude service. Just go elsewhere.
Zaxbys (the company) would benefit more from closing this location down in order to save their reputation. Best of luck.

I came around 11:30 before close and they informed me they were only doing DoorDash and pick up. I parked in the pick up parking spot. Ordered pick up and waited. It came to about 11:58, 2 minutes before closing and they still never came to the car so I went to the drive thru. Where they proceeded to ask for my name, “check” for food and then brought out a team lead or something (she covered her name, the girl with the Medusa piercing). She asked for my name, looks back and then says “we are out of food you’ll have to go and refund it”. Mind you I would’ve been understanding had they not played in my face by fake checking and this back and forth nonsense. My first time back in the south, was looking forward to eating this after 5 years. Horrible service don’t think I’ll be going back to this location.
