Best NY Strip, amazing chicken parmesan, fantastic chicken alfredo!! Service was SUPERB!! Reasonably priced and FULL of flavor!! Steak came with homemade Mac n cheese. Noodles in the parmesan were made from scratch. Definitely 5 stars!!

Our server was friendly and attentive and the dining room atmosphere was comfortable and pleasant. The dishes we had were, well, mediocre. The BLT and sweet potato fries were good. The sandwich bread on the French Dip was soggy on the bottom, and the house potato chips were on the greasy side and very bland. We’d be inclined to return just to try something different, as it was our first visit. Other folks in our party ordered burgers, and those looked pretty good.

I had breakfast here after watching the hot air balloons and taking a tethered balloon ride at the Hot Air Rally In The Valley event Friday morning. This was my first time eating at this restaurant. The food good and the prices were amazing. There was only one woman waiting on tables. She was sooo kind and very friendly. Her service, even though it became busy, was excellent. The view of the golf course and mountains was incredible too. Definitely a stop if you’re in Pahrump.

Went to Mountain Falls Grill with a friend yesterday, and we had a fantastic experience. The service was outstanding, and the food was delicious. My friend ordered the black and blue steak salad, while I opted for a refreshing side salad and the mouthwatering Irish potato chips. These fresh made chips were a homemade delight topped with nacho cheese, chicken, bacon, green onions, and accompanied by a side of sour cream. The chips were delightfully crispy and light. To conclude our meal, I savored a slice of cheesecake drizzled with chocolate syrup, while my friend indulged in the decadent chocolate cake. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Mountain Falls Grill and still continue to support this establishment!

I purchased the fish and chips. I was truly shocked. The fish had so much batter on it that the fish was wet and mushy inside and a very small piece of low quality. The fish.was also very greasy I disliked it. I also had the onion rings same thing. I like the Bar and grill it’s convenient but their food is mediocre . Please improve .

The food and service here are always great. The menu has a good amount of variety and very reasonable prices for the amount of food. I’ve tried the French dip, club and several salads. The sweet potato fries are really good especially with their chilpolte ranch. Onion rings are also really good. The ice tea is always fresh & they leave a carafe so you never fun out or have to wait for a refill.

All I can really say about the Grill Room is how disappointing it is to have this nice establishment/restaurant where I live and to see how it has gone downhill. It was such a great place to dine when we first moved to Mountain Falls 11 or 12 years ago. After 3 or 4 years, the quality of food served started to decline, but we would still eat there, just less often.
Then…it was taken over by the owners of the $5, $10, $15 Restaurant, which is located north of Pahrump. How disappointing, since we had eaten at that little restaurant previously and were well aware of the mediocre food that they served. Now, though the menu is updated and upgraded, I guess, the quality of the food that is served just doesn’t compare to what used to be the norm.
The Grill Room was actually given 4 stars ⭐ years ago, but now I am sure if a food critic should happen to come to Pahrump and eat here, it would be lucky to get 2 stars ⭐! Oh, I know that many of you will disagree with me, but then tell me how often have you dined at least at 5 ⭐ restaurants? I have, and so has my husband! We have been to several in Las Vegas, also in Phoenix and Scottsdale, AZ, and I have been in Bucks County, PA and other restaurants on the East Coast. We aren’t wealthy, but we do enjoy fine dining. We miss Symphony’s at the Winery so much also!

We made a day trip to Pahrump, NV. We had heard the restaurant at the golf course was great so we gave it a try.
We were immediately seated. Our meals included beverage and tax. Everything was $5, $10, or $15.
Service was good and the food very tasty.

My husband and I have gone to Mountain Falls Grill about once or twice a month this time it was for our anniversary my husband had the New York steak which he said was tasteless he had the potatoes mashed potatoes which were cold and the onion rings were uncooked I had the salmon which was hard as a rock and dry. But my salad was good. though waitress Rose was very rude brought our food out cold very disappointed in our experience this time but we will be back. Maybe a different cook. Not sure.
