I visited the drive-thru today at 4:50:54 PM, and unfortunately the experience was not pleasant. The employee assisting me was not friendly and seemed confused throughout the entire order. I repeatedly asked for an Impossible Burger, but she kept responding with “chicken sandwich,” even after I corrected her multiple times.
I also asked to use my Burger King app code and to redeem my rewards, but she said she didn’t know how to do it and didn’t offer to ask for help. The lack of knowledge and communication caused unnecessary delays and held up the drive-thru line.
Overall, the experience felt unorganized, frustrating, and unwelcoming. Better training and customer service awareness would go a long way in improving the drive-thru experience.
