I ordered a burger with lettuce and pickles and mayonnaise no ketchup. It used to be called #1 sonic burger but they have new menu. The burger was nothing on it but sticky cheese and they had put ketchup on it and then taken the ketchup back off and I could see where the ketchup was on the bun and there was nothing else on the burger plain yuck

The carhop was super polite as well as the order taker. The lot was clean, quiet, and comfortable. After ringing the button I was answered quickly and they repeated my order for clarification which I always like to hear. Chili cheese Tots came out piping hot and my cranberry juice slush was exactly right not too much of either. Perfect in my opinion. It didn’t take but a few minutes for my order to come out. I paid on the order screen so no issues there. The only thing that kept this as a 3 eating on the food and overall 4 total was that the burger was significantly colder compared to the tots and the meat was dry or over cooked around the edges. Couldn’t have possibly been made to order . I’d gladly wait a few extra minutes to have a hot burger . I’d say they as many places have mastered order accuracy, service in the front and next would be to coordinate timing of product drops to ensure the entire meal is fresh . Overall good job I’ll check back next time and see if I get a better burger❤️

I went to this Sonic early in the morning and the service was great! The workers were friendly and punctual in delivering the drinks. The slushy I got wasn’t mixed extremely well and I didn’t get food so I can’t really speak for it. Good stop if you need to!

I take my family to eat here once a month and the food isn’t the best quality for the higher end price of their food. The employees are usually pretty nice. I have run into my order being messed up or the wrong sizes of drinks are given and they have been most profesional and polite about the mistake and they refunded my money very efficiently.

Guessing they were short handed. Pulled into drive thru and sat for a few minutes, nobody ever answered. Pulled into a slot and pressed the red button…..waited again for minutes. After laying on the red button a couple times, I finally got to order my drink. After okaying my drink order, it was about 2 minutes before she finally totalled it out so I could pay……

This just keeps getting worse, from dryed out tortillas and burritos that are folded into squares and having a wrapper that had been used to warm many things. Can’t eat the burrito because it’s crumbling like the tortillas are made from paper towels and maybe it is I’m so over fast food.
